If you are not aware of this fella, you are missing out on one of the great under-appreciated thinkers of the 20th century.

Eric has been in the struggle for freedom for a very long time.

Until you have previewed his purview your education is not complete.

In his own words,...

His latest news letter:

I am so very disgusted with Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Mark Levin, Sean Hanity and Glen Beck that I must take the time to expose either their ignorance and stupidity or their treason.

All day long they all tout the same misinformation.

They all present the same information in regard to the dismemberment of our society and the loss of our freedom.

They all misuse critical words in their presentations, such as "citizen", "people" and "republic".

None of them seem to pay any attention to the wording of the Preamble or the clear message set forth therein as to the intended purpose of the Constitution.

Yesterday (June 28, 2017), I heard Mark Levin say that "the Founding Fathers wrote the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution and then added the Bill of Rights, consisting of Ten Amendments".

He went on to say that "the Founders were so enthused about creating political equality that they did not crown George Washington King, which they could have done, without the approval of the commoners of that time."

I could not believe my ears.

Mark Levin has written so many books on the history of this country that it is not possible that he does not know that it was the participation of the commoners in the creation of the Articles of Confederation that caused those articles to fail.

And Mark cannot possibly be ignorant of the fact that the Constitution as originally written, was rejected by several of the states, requiring the creation of the Bill of Rights (which the Founders had omitted from their original presentation).

With all of his due diligence I cannot believe Mark Levin is ignorant of the fact that the Bill of Rights was created from about fifty amendments proposed by the legislatures of the Thirteen States.

And I cannot believe that Mark is not aware that the Founders added two additional amendments of their own, positioning these two as numbers one and two in the list of twelve presented to the states for consideration, wherein the two proposed by the Founders were rejected.

(One having to do with the pay of representatives and the other the number of constituents represented).

It is more that a little difficult for me to believe that none of these "conservative" talk show hosts are aware that it was Thomas Paine who wrote the Declaration of Independence; And, that it was the writings of Thomas Paine that convinced the commoners of that time that they did not need a king or an aristocratic ruling class to govern them,. that they could govern themselves, and that this is the one and only reason George Washington was not crowned king after the rebellion was over.

And, that it is Thomas Paine who is truly and properly the Father of our Country, NOT George Washington!

Then there is the Preamble, very important and very significant and highly overlooked and/or ignored.

Pay attention to the words, all ,of the words, in every setting.

All of these purported conservative talk show hosts seem to have the same problem in their analysis of how we got into this mess.

None of them go to the Fundamental Basic Principle, which is the foundation of government authority.

How can it be reasonably possible for men to create any manner of organization and then imbue their creation with any more authority than the authority Naturally imbued into any single one of them?

Do the men who created Wal-Mart have authority to command any person to be a customer? How are the men who create government any different?

As for voting, who decided that voting would be the manner in which government could be imbued with authority in excess of the authority Naturally imbued into any one single individual man?

How many men would it take to properly and democratically vote the panties off an unwilling woman?

Is it not clear and self evident that any time the outcome of a vote purports to command the conformance of the otherwise unwilling, that a police state has been implemented?

So then, how do scheming politicians attain the willing conformance of those persons who were born free and politically independent?

This gets me to the meaning of the words "citizen" and "people", and the wording set forth in the Preamble and the Bill of Rights.

And, Please pay attention to the wording of the Thirteenth Amendment, "involuntary servitude shall not exist in the United States..."

Searching as diligently as possible, I can find no provision that can Constitutionally cause any person born on this land to become designated to be a citizen of the United States without his freewill determination thereof.

The word "citizen" has an inherent meaning of political servitude, therefore, in order for a person born here on this land to become designated as a citizen, such person must have knowingly and intentionally volunteered, but only after being fully informed of all the negative consequences thereof.

Please pay attention to the Preamble and the Thirteenth Amendment.

Although the words "citizen" and "people" are often used synonymously, they are not synonyms and such use has caused and enabled the loss of Freedom of every single person born on this land who has claimed to be a citizen of the United States (or a citizen of any state).

The Preamble was written by some of the most brilliant men to ever exist.

Brilliance does not always equate with honorable.

The Preamble very clearly sets forth and establishes that the purpose of the Constitution was/is, to secure the blessings of liberty to the People of the United States and THEIR Posterity.

Pay attention!

This wording is both limiting and exclusionary, And establishes that the word "People" has a political meaning anywhere where such word may be used in the Constitution.

This means that "We the People and THEIR Posterity" applies to the word People wherever such word was applied in the Bill, of Rights, not to overlook the definition of citizen of the United States as established in the Fourteenth Amendment.

That is, Freedom of Speech and gun ownership do NOT apply to mere citizens, only to those of the People class.

Likewise the right to privacy and superiority in the Ninth and Tenth.

Pay attention to the explanatory clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, ", and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, ...".

This wording is critically important to the explanation as to why the government pays so little attention to the complaints of citizens.

What entity exercises "the jurisdiction of the United States"?

Is it not the Executive Branch, the President?

Is it not clear here, that the words, "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" causes all those self designated as citizens, to be totally subject to the whim and whimsy of the President?

Is this not clearly how Obama applied this provision?

Is this not clearly how the Federal Congress is applying this provision, seemingly known to some but not all members?

Is it not self evident that this explanatory clause totally negates any possible application of the Bill of Rights to mere citizens?

Is this information and conclusions not reasonable, based on the actions of the Federal Government during the past one hundred years?

Why have none of the National talk show hosts mentioned herein above exposed and explained what I have set forth herein?

And, then, the word "republic".

From mere observation, the word republic has at least two basic factors.

There are always two political classes in a republic.

The first class, the ruling class (established as the People of the United States in the Preamble), and the subject class, established as being citizens of the United States in Section Two of Article One, (but not defined until the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868).

Is there any possibility that it was the intention of the "former" commoners to create a republic, where they would be classified as subservient citizens, subservient to the ruling class, designating themselves as the People of the United States in THEIR Preamble?

There talk show hosts continually refer to this country as a Constitutional Republic, gee, isn't that exactly what the Founders intended, but totally failed to include in the CONstitution itself, and perhaps, that is why Patrick Henry said he smelled a rat when he read the Constitution, and would have no more to do with it.

Cheers,
