What is truth, how is truth formed, do we share truth, how do we determine what is true. It has been a deep thought for sure. With truth and fact being based in understanding, each are produced through a created reality that is shared by others. If we stopped measuring in inches and began using the width of my hand, once I established the size using a string we could agree. Now we can all measure using hands. It would be fact, it would be true, but it would not be a wide spread reality. This idea has led me to think about truth being subjective based on wide spread agreement. When a reality is created and then shared it can be agreed on. Once it is agreed on it can become truth, once it is truth it can be seen as fact. I hope this idea gets you excited.
