The Freewrite House Literary Talent Award - Spanish/English - February 2019

A while ago, we introduced the idea of the Freewrite House Literary Talent Award.

We were going to start the contest with that original post but we figured that we weren't clear enough. Since this is a bilingual effort with neither of the organizers speaking each other's language, please forgive us if it takes a little while to get this contest on the road.

Those of you who already submitted an entry, we will accept that for the February contest.

Our intention is to keep it going for a long time and have it bloom into all kinds of projects. @latino.romano and @mariannewest are the current organizers. We are going to keep the names of the judges a secret so nobody feels inclined to plead their case with them. Thank you for understanding.

At this point, we have at least 20 Steem/SBI firm with a possibility of at least 10 more for the Grand Prize.

## The Contest

* Starts at the first of each month. Last submissions excepted at 8 PM Eastern Time of the last day of the month.
* Languages: English and/or Spanish.
* Tag required: #freewritehouse
* The entry post must be less than one month old at the time of submission.
* The entry post must be at least 150 words long.
* You may enter a post that is also entered into other contests.
* You may only enter your own work. Plagiarsts will be banned forever!
* We have Spanish and English speaking judges deciding which are the winning entries. Their decision is final and can not be disputed.

Future plans (very much in the future) include an anthology of selected works and a podcast. Please indicate when submitting your work if you **do not** want to be asked to participate in this kind of projects.

Íbamos a empezar el concurso con el poste original, pero pensamos que no éramos lo suficientemente claros. Ya que este es un esfuerzo bilingüe estamos trabajando duro para llevar a ustedes la información de la manera más exacta posible.

Aquellos de ustedes que ya hayan enviado una propuesta, la aceptaremos para el concurso de febrero.

Can we only participate with writing done in 5 minutes or is any writing accepted? 
Can we participate with January post? less than 30 days from being published of course.

You can participate with any literary work of more than 150 words, the talent of the author is rewarded, for that reason all type of works are accepted up to one month of antiquity.
