We are not wonder woman!


这本书非常值得一读！我花了三个小时读完了，因为这本书简单易了，也非常生活化，所以不知不觉就读完了😬💕。 很多时候，我们因为不擅长表达自己，也怕会得罪别人所以只好自己吞下苦水。其实，难道没有更好的方法了吗？如果对方懂得尊重，自己懂得得体地表达，那也许就会少憋气了，怪自己没用。

不单单如此，Melody ， 时尚贵妇兼妈妈，在我眼里是个知性的女人，她对自我非常严格有条件，对小孩的教导也要求凡事就是要坚持到底。她并没有因为当了妈妈就被这框架绑住了，反而越奋越勇！即使要飞去国外办公，在其间也因为先前已和孩子们约定好的露营，她也不会牺牲。反之，她从纽约特地飞回来就为了那承诺，即使牺牲她的睡眠。对她来说，**只要安排好，什么都可以做到！**

不仅仅如此，从她生活里的例子，她告诉大家：**女人要懂得爱自己，那是我们一生的功课。**怎么说呢？在小时的童话故事的熏陶下，我们都期待着那位王子来宠爱自己，呵护自己；但现实生活里呢，她深有感受的提到：男人会非常有压力，怎么结婚后，你的快乐怎么就变成我的责任了呢？（尤其是在婚礼上，当新娘的父亲把她的手交到他的手上时『我把女儿的一生交托给你了』,你能想象到在对方身上的压力吗？” 

他们身负重任，毕竟要撑起一个家不是那么容易的里。其实，男孩需要的是和他一起奋斗的伙伴，而不是一直需要被保护的女孩，因为他们心里也住着一个小男孩。


**婚姻和恋爱不同**
恋爱发生争执了，可以拎起皮包就离家散心；或者锁上房门不说话；可是婚后是不行的，因为生活是没办法喊停的，你心情不好，孩子还是要吃饭，亲戚来访还得招待人家。在婚姻里，你无法说不要就不要，不是别人逼着你，而是你心里必须要知道，你得和这个人走一辈子的。

婚姻里，也许你们无法再想出去就出去单独相处，可能必须做好家事、哄好孩子睡觉等等。当你忙完了，也就累了，两个人开着电视想看电影，却抵不过眼睛的疲累，竟然打起瞌睡来了。婚姻不是恋爱，它是生活，你的丈夫无法每天嘘寒问暖，他也需要你的疼惜。

**不是说两个人一起就会更幸福，而是我们要知道自己想要什么，勇敢认识接纳自己，才能更幸福。**

其实女人想要的是**恋爱的感觉**就是被宠着。在男生眼里，我努力做工，给孩子和你最好的生活就是爱你的方法；可是在女孩的想法里，我们怎么就没有爱了呢。我们需要的是被捧在手心里的感觉，即使当了妈妈，我们仍然希望是你手中的宝，就像丈夫呵护女儿一样，那眼神和小心翼翼的感觉，但婚后似乎就转移了对象。

在生活里，我们都在忙着过好日子，因为太忙，难免会不经意地忘记一些美好的时光。也因为日子久了，双方都觉得理所当然而去忽略小细节，忘了感恩、忘了再次认真看看对方、忘了当时恋爱时心跳加速的感觉。有时，婚姻里，我们要记得学会说**算了**;有时，也是要很刻意地去实行很多心思，婚姻才能持温。

最后附上Melody在书中的这句话：
>人生就像做菜一样，计划往往赶不上变化，懂得适时改变的人，才能在生活上如鱼得水，人之所以不喜欢改变，除了是太执着，就是认为改变就是承认自己错了。但，要记得，改变是为了选择更合乎当下的做法而已。

我真心觉得这书很真性情, 很多生活上两性相处的例子。
**看开了，就没事，太钻牛角尖，只有自己吃苦。**
