Each day, we are repeating our cycle of life and we often know what to expect with our daily routine.

When our daily routine is disrupted by unexpected situation, it becomes a crisis because of the unknown outcome or the delayed outcome to cope and solve with a solution.

Everyone of us is part of a community in certain way.

At our workplace, we form part of the functions needed for the full operation of a company.

Within our social life, we are part of a larger group for the emotional needs that each requires for communication and sharing.

Within our country, we are citizens that contribute to nation-building as well as paying our income tax obediently.

When we first started on the platform, we tried to fit ourselves into a community or system.

We tried to find a place on the platform that we can say that we belong to so that we can easily gain support for our articles.

Different communities are formed on the platform to support different interest groups.

We may be just one unit of life in this planet earth but we play multi-roles in our lives that impact others as well as organisations.

We may be just one unit of life but we are actually one unit of opportunity for many different possible diversifications of larger communities or organisations.

Regardless of our background, we are uniquely us with no one that can replace us exactly the same way.
