Goong Nung Yarng - กุ้งนั่งยาง
 : เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันเคยกินมัน
  
เมื่อเข้าไปในร้านอาหารแห่งหนึ่งที่อยู่ริมน้ำ #กว๊านพะเยา ชื่อร้าน ท้ายซอย  เปิดดูเมนูอาหารไปเรื่อยๆสายตาไปสะดุดกับเมนูหนึ่ง คือ เมนูกุ้งนั่งยาง ด้วยความสงสัยจึงลองสั่งมา  ปรากฏว่า  หน้าตาก็เป็นอย่างที่เห็น  
สัมผัสแรกคือ  รสชาติก็คงจะเหมือนเมนูน้ำยำทั่วไป  แต่พอได้ลองชิม รสชาติมันสุดยอดมาก!!!!
มันคือ  กุ้งที่ลวกแค่พอสะดุ้งวางลงบน ปลาหมึกกล้วยที่ถูกหั่นให้เหมือนยางรถยนต์แล้วไปลวกสะดุ้ง  วางลงบนมะระฝานอีกชั้น  ราดด้วยน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดที่รสชาติอร่อยมาก #เมนูแนะนำ  #อยากให้ได้ลองชิมดู
