Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes otra receta.</p> <h1>Lomo de cerdo al eneldo:</h1> <h1>Ingredientes:</h1> <ol> <li>1 lomo de cerdo de 1 1/2 2 kilos:</li> <li>1 Cucharada de mostaza preparada tipo dijon.</li> <li>1/4 Cucharada de ajo en polvo: </li> <li>1 Cucharada de eneldo seco:</li> <li>1/2 Cucharada de romero seco:</li> <li>1/4 Cucharada de orégano:</li> <li>Sal pimienta recién molida:</li> </ol> <h1>Preparación:</h1> <ol> <li>Prepara el horno a temperatura media. En un recipiente colocar el lomo de cerdo y untar con la mostaza.</li> <li>En un recipiente mezcla el ajo, el eneldo, el romero, el orégano, la sal y la pimienta.</li> <li>Colocar el lomo de cerdo en una rejilla sobre un recipiente de horno y cocinar a temperatura media 50 o 60 minutos.</li> <li>Retira del horno deja reposar 10 minutos antes de cortar.
