If you have the owner key, and the perpetrator doesn't, you can still change your keys, record the new ones and also stop the powering down.

That may mean two things... Either the thief stole your owner key and changed it already, or what you have screenshot of is only the public part of the key, and you didn't make a screenshot of the key itself. The one on the "permissions" page (STM\*) is the public hash of the key, and the secret one (5K\* or P5K\*) is the one you should keep safe.
