이야아 오늘은 다시 운동하는 날입니다! ㅎㅎ 
그래서 오늘 빡시게 운동을 하였습니다. 운동이 끝나고 중간중간 부산에 있는 여자친구와 통화를 하긴했지만..ㅎ 그래도 빡시게 운동을 하였습니다.
그러다 너무 배가고파 집으로 다시 돌아갔다가 다시 집에서 체육관까지 뛰어가는 일이 발생하였어요..ㅠㅠ 넘나 힘든것..

그러다 저의 손을 보니 굳은살이 많더군요..

I am a day to exercise again! haha
So today I exercise hard. After the exercise, I had a conversation with my girlfriend in Busan in mid-day.
and I went back to my house and went back to my gym again.

Then I saw my hands and I had a lot of firm flesh.

어우...핏줄도 튀어나오고 주먹쪽에 굳은살이...ㅎㅎ 얼마나 운동만 했으면 이럴까요..? ㅋㅋㅋ
그리고 버스를 타고 가는도중에 팔달문이 보여 바로 사진을 찍었어요.

Ow ... the blood line also pops out and the flesh is firmer on the fingertip ...  how much exercise should I do? Ha ha ha
On the way to the bus, Paldalmun showed up and took a picture right away.

우리의 자랑스러운 건축물이죵 뭔가 아름답더군요. ㅎㅎ
그리고 오늘은 비가 와서 그런지 하늘이 어두컴컴했어요.. 그래도 맑은 부분이 있긴 하더라고요.

And today, it was raining, so sky was dark. But there was a clear part.

그렇게 집에 도착하자마자 바게트빵과 요플레와 우유를 빠르게 섭취를 한 후! 
바로 체육관까지 쉬지않고 뛰어갔어요...힘들어 죽는줄 알았습니다..ㅋㅋ
그리고 친구와 만나 약식스파링도 하고 주짓수 스파링을 하다가 여자친구에게 전화가 와서 저는 우정도 중요하지만 사랑이 더 중요하다 생각하여 친구에게는 미안하지만...ㅎ 여자친구의 전화를 받고 대화하다가 다시 운동을 하였습니다.

As soon as I arrive at home, you quickly get baguette bread, yogurt and milk!
I ran to the gym without resting ... I thought it was hard to die.
And when I met a friend, I sparred a little and spied a jiujitsu, and my girlfriend called me and I thought friendship was important, but I thought that love is more important and I am sorry to my friend ...

새로온 친구인데 처음치고는 잘 하더라고요. 그래서 훅 과 어퍼 그리고 덕킹까지 가르쳐주었더니 약간 헷갈리지만 잘 하더군요~

그리고 언제나 컴퓨터에 앉아 작업하시는 우리 관장님~ 여자친구분과 2063일 되신거 축하해용~ㅎㅋ
저의 롤모델인 관장님 이신데요! 정말 착하시고 정도 많은 좋으신분이세요. ㅎㅎ
그리고 운동이 끝난 후 집으로 돌아와 폭식을 하였습니다.. 배부르구먼유!!

And I congratulate my boss, it's 2063 day with his girlfriend~ha ha and he always work hardly at in front of computer 
He is the director of my role model! He is really nice and good enough. haha
And after the exercise was over, I went home and had a binge.

김치와 참치와 목삼겹살과 밥과 치즈를 볶은 볶음밥과! 짜장면을~ 먹었어요. 오늘따라 입맛이 돌아와서 너무나 좋거문유~ㅎㅎ 모두들 식사는 거르지 말고 삼시세끼 잘 드시길 바랍니다~^^

Fried with roasted kimchi, tuna and pork belly, rice and cheese! I ate something. It is so good that my appetite has returned according to today. everybody eat well.
