Sustainable Feast in The Garden of Eden

<h1>It is a fantastic day in the Garden of Eden, and we are giving thanks for more than enough of everything in this abundant life of freedom! &nbsp;</h1>
<p><br></p>
<p>We made it on our indoor wood burning stove rather than on the <a href="https://steemit.com/food/@quinneaker/how-to-build-a-rocket-stove-for-free-video-part-3-these-work-very-well-are-very-sustainable-and-we-use-these-every-day-to-feed">rocket stoves</a> of our sustainable outdoor kitchen. We stayed nice and toasty, had a fantastic meal, AND heated water for showers for super sustainable efficiency - and it is all part of the conscious plan for building a better world for ALL!&nbsp;</p>
<p>As usual, there was more than enough food for everyone, and we are happy to share our abundance with you!<br>
</p>
<h3>We made a wonderful feast with herbed pork tenderloin, fresh garden salad, sautéed veggies, vegan mashed potatoes, bacon scalloped potatoes, cauliflower casserole, and a blueberry pie!</h3>

<p>We started with a great, fresh garden salad. We topped a variety of lettuces with sliced mushrooms, red onions, colorful peppers, and creamy sliced avocados.</p>

<p>We made a pork tenderloin with lots of fresh herbs from the garden including rosemary and thyme and added garlic and a splash of apple juice for sweetness.</p>

<p>Potatoes are one of our favorite foods, and we often have lots on hand! For the birthday spread, we offered 2 types of potatoes. This is a heaping bowl of vegan mashed potatoes sprinkled with nutritional yeast.</p>

<p>We also made a rich potato dish with BACON!! These are scalloped potatoes simmered in plenty of cream and yummy bacon for our meat eaters to enjoy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We made a simple veggie sautée with cabbage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. We love our veggies!! They have so much deliciousness, tons of texture, and plenty of healthful compounds, PLUS they grow out of the ground for free like magic.</p>

<p>It was a beautiful spread, but it's epically amazing that our daily sustainable feasts are just as fantastic and abundant as special observances like birthdays.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Blueberry pie is a favorite flavor for several of our Eden Knights. It's delicious and a beautiful dark purple color!&nbsp;</p>

<p>We do all of our cooking over fire, using wood that was otherwise destined to end up in a landfill! This is our indoor wood burning stove in action - it cooks our food, warms our communal space, and heats water for hot showers all at the same time!<br>
