# We hosted a lunch for @adamkokesh presidential campaign meeting this week, and of course we prepared a delicious, nutritious, high vibe, and SUSTAINABLE feast in our outdoor kitchen!

This food was prepared in true freedom and abundance! We did not buy anything at stores to make this meal, which means we completely bypassed the whole system that shopping supports -  which is a system of taxation, destruction of the earth, packaging and pollution, not to mention whole industries full of workers who hate their jobs.

Rather this was made in love from sustainable resources.

We had a garden fresh salad full of mixed greens and wildcrafted plants.

For our main course, we offered a vegetarian frittata cooked over the open flame of our handmade earthen rocket stoves.

Our rocket stoves are literally hand formed out of dirt. The wood we burn is donated to us by friends who would actually have to pay to take it to the landfill if they hadn't brought it to us! Instead of that, we use it to prepare true freedom feasts.

Not only did we prepare and share great feast with more than enough food for everybody, but we also shared life upgrading conversation and dreams and plans to build a better world for ALL!
