Receta | Bollitos de pimentón (pimiento)
¡𝓗𝓸𝓵𝓪 𝓶𝓲 𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓮 𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓭𝓪!
En mi blog hasta ahora les he compartido , mis fotografías, poemas y herramientas de desarrollo personal. Creo que el equilibrio esta entre la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu, por eso entre tantas cosas estudie 1 año para ser asistente de nutricionista, es algo que mas adelante me gustaría profundizar; como tal soy fotógrafa y productora audiovisual de profesión (me gradué como T.S.U. en Ciencias Audiovisuales y fotografía.

A raíz de todo esto me preocupo y me ocupo de llevar una alimentación saludable. Y en pro de atender a nuestro cuerpo y paladar les presento esta receta super sencilla rica y llena de nutrientes.

- 3 tazas de harina de maíz 
- 1 Pimentón o pimento rojo 
- 1 pizca de sal 
- 2 tazas de agua

- 3 cups of cornmeal
- 1 Paprika or red pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups of water

# <center> Preparación:</center>
1- Colocamos en el fuego una olla de agua un poquito mas arriba de la mitad para que se vaya calentando
>We place in the fire a pot of water a little above the middle so that it is heated

2- Rayamos o licuamos el pimenton (en mi caso yo lo raye) 
>We scratch or liquefy the paprika (in my case I scratch it)

3- Agregamos la harina de maíz precocida las dos tazas de agua y el pimentón previamente rayados y dejamos remojar por unos 2 minutos o hasta que veamos que la harina absorbió toda el agua.

4- Amasamos hasta obtener una masa uniforme pero moldeable (si es necesario agrega un poquito mas de agua) 
>Knead until obtaining a uniform but moldable dough (if necessary add a little more water)



5- Le damos forma cilindrica y le agregamos en el agua que ya calentamos previamente

Cocinamos por unos 10 minutos

Con esta masa también podemos hacer arepas y quedan ¡deliciosas!,perfecta para un desayuno o para acompañar a tu proteína favorita.
