## Greetings friends of the plants and their flowers.

In my garden this plant is blooming. Its scientific name is Trimezia Sincorana, and its popular name is the Yellow Iris or Yellow Lily.
It's a bulbous, rhizome plant, from its bulb split the elongated leaves, smaller than 50 cm. Its fan-shaped leaves are arranged. They have a light green color when exposed to the sun for long periods.

This plant remained for a period of 6 months in the shade, now it has 2 months exposed to the sun and its leaves are changing the dark green of the leaves to a lighter green.


En mi jardín está floreciendo esta planta. Su nombre científico es Trimezia Sincorana, y su nombre popular es el Iris Amarillo o Lirio Amarillo.
Es una planta bulbosa, de rizoma, desde su bulbo parten la hojas alargadas, menores de 50 cm. Se disponen sus hojas en forma de abanico. Tienen un color verde claro cuando están expuestas al sol por largos períodos. 

Esta planta permaneció por un período de 6 meses a la sombra, ahora tiene 2 meses que está expuesta al sol y sus hojas están cambiando el verde oscuro de las hojas por un verde más claro.

A floral stem emerges from the center of the leaves, where these flower buds begin to grow and then open and bloom. With 6 petals arranged in a triangular shape. Three petals are larger and on top of the larger three petals of smaller size.


Del centro de las hojas emerge un tallo floral, donde empiezan a crecer estos botones florales para luego abrir y florecer. Con 6 pétalos dispuestos en forma triangular. Tres pétalos son mayores y encima de los mayores tres pétalos de menor tamaño.

These petals are yellow and towards the center of the flower they have a marbled brown tone. Throughout the center they have a pistil, which opens in three elongated shapes and is completely yellow.
The macro photography shows the marbled brown spot and the center of the flower. There they can observe the colors and the pistil with its characteristic shape.

Estos pétalos son de color amarillo y hacia el centro de la flor presentan un tono marrón jaspeado. En todo el centro tienen un pistilo, que se abre en tres formas alargadas y es totalmente amarillo.
La fotografía en macro hace ver la mancha marrón jaspeada y el centro de la flor. Allí pueden observar los colores y el pistilo con su forma característica.

The flowering plant needs direct exposure to the sun. The land must have good drainage to avoid flooding. During flowering, excess moisture should be avoided.


La planta para florecer amerita de la exposición directa al sol. La tierra debe tener buen drenaje para evitar los encharcamientos. Durante la floración se debe evitar el exceso de humedad.

To obtain new plants, only one child is removed from the plant. It should be placed in a pot with adequate soil, with organic fertilizer and good drainage. Protect from direct sun for a few days and then place on the site you have for development. When the plant has enough growth it can be transplanted to the place you prefer.

Para obtener nuevas plantas, solo se retira un hijo de la planta. Se debe colocar en una maceta con tierra adecuada, con abono orgánico y buen drenaje. Resguardar del sol directo por unos días y luego colocar en el sitio que disponga para su desarrollo. Cuando la planta tenga suficiente crecimiento puede ser trasplantada al lugar que prefiera.

Espero que esta información sea de utilidad para aquel que como yo disfruta de la siembra, cuidado y trasplante de las plantas.
