주말의 요리
안녕하세요
좋은친구(@gfriend96)가 되고싶은 부기입니다.

지지난주에 닭정육이 싸게 나와 2kg을 샀습니다.

그주 주말에 1kg을 이틀에 걸쳐 먹고나서 
나머지 1kg은 냉동을 해 뒀습니다.

그리고 어제 해동을 해서
닭강정을 해 먹었습니다.

닭강정 양념을 만드는데 
레시피가 g과 cc가 혼용되어있는걸
전부 cc로 착각하고 거의다 만들고 나서 깨달아 
급하게 맛을 보며 복구를 시도했는데
절반의 실패였습니다.
조금 짜고 단맛이 별로 나질 않네요.

그래서 튀겼던 닭은 반만 닭강정으로 만들고
아이들 먹을건 그냥 후라이드 치킨으로 했습니다.
그래도 맛있다고 잘 먹어주는 아이들이 고마웠습니다.

다음에 또 할지모르겠지만..
다음에는 레시피를 잘 보고 만들어야 겠습니다. 하하
