(제주라이프) 한식조리 기능사 실기 수업을 시작하다

코로나에도 태풍에도 불구하고 지난 월요일부터 한식 조리 기능사 실기 수업이 시작되었다.
학원을 등록하고 제때에 수업이 시작될 수 있을까 걱정을 했는데, 다행히 마스크를 쓰고 수업을 진행한다고 한다. 
몇 년 전 제과제빵 학원을 다닐 때 생각도 나고 해서 좀 긴장이 된다.
게다가 낮에 하는 것이 아니고 밤에 하는 수업이라 더 긴장이 된다.
제주로 이사온 후, 해가 떨어지면 돌아다니지 않는 버릇이 생겼다.
해가 떨어진 후에도 바쁘게 다니면서 할 일을 만들지 않았기 때문이다.
그러나 이제는 해가 지려고 하는 시간에 집에서 나가서 거의 한밤중에 돌아오는 느낌이라, 긴장 아닌 긴장이 된다.

기능사 실기 시험을 준비하기 위해서는 개인 물품이 많이 필요하다.
정해진 시간에 재빠르게 기술을 시현해야 하니 자기 손에 익은 도구를 사용해서 숙련도를 높여야 하기 때문이다.
그래서 냄비, 후라이팬, 석쇠, 도마, 칼 등을 사서 이렇게 큰 가방에 준비해야 한다. 

설레는 마음으로 첫수업을 하고 온 소감!

시험이라는 게 운이 99프로 차지한다네요.
제가 아는 지인 중에는 정말 요리 엄청 잘해서 요식업도 운영하는데, 세번이나 떨어지고 끝내 포기했다더라구요.ㅋㅋ
