What does it mean, when I say  your real you? The Bible teaches us that we are consist of the body, soul and spirit.  Thesselonians 5 : 23 says may your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blamless at the coming of our lord Jesus Christ. your real you is your spirit. How your spirit life looks. Your spirit life is for enternity.   Our physical body is just for the purpose of this planet Earth.  Your physical body is  not special  than your real you which is your spirit.  A true Christian takes care of his spirit, because they feel it, when it's doing well or not. 

 One who can tell, if he is not spiritually stable,  is a true Christian. Its  important to take of your spirit life, for you to be in right track. being your real self makes you spiritually endowed. Some Christans may think, it's all about going to church. Most Christians you see today are living a carnal life.    If your spirit is weak, that means you have lost strenght in the spirit  life .  Some persons spirit life are energetic while some weak. 

How To Take  care Of Your Spirit  


* Read your Bible frequently.  When you go through the words, you  feel motivating. It keeps you  positive and feel surrender you with positive vibes. 


* Be in the company of good people : what comes out of the people around you, matters alot. Connect with people that will add value to your spirit life. 

* show love: get involve into charity act

by helping others and be generous.

* Create joy and satisfaction
 
* Ask God forgiveness when you feel you have offended him. 

Sign That you have the holy Spirit 

 *  You are  Compassionate 

* You have pity 

* You have the fear of God 

*  You have wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
