* 결정 내용:  1/3 미국 시간 오전 10시 반 정도에 미국(IVV)과 신흥국(IEMG) 인덱스 ETF Buy

* 결정 이유:

1. 글로벌 증시는 계속 상승할 것으로 봄, 특히 미국과 신흥국.

2. 1/3 미국 증시는 하락 출발 예상: 이란 장군의 사망 사건으로 불확실성 증대 우려

3. 현재 상승 흐름은 지속될 것이며,  이것은 일시적인 조정에 불과

4. 연초 자금 집행자들의 주요 집행이 이루어지는 단계이므로 추가 매입이 이어질 것으로 추정

* 계획: 

1. 1/3 미국 증시가 하락 출발 후 다시 회복하는 모습을 보이면, 상승 흐름이 계속될 것으로 보고 추가 매입

2. 증시 상승세가 다음주 초에 꺾이면 손절매 고려
