Just over a week ago I announced the seventh Writing Prompt Art Contest, seeking out a piece of artwork or a photograph to use as a story prompt for my next writing contest.

I had many excellent entries, as usual, and have now decided on the winner, who wins 10 Steem plus the SBD payout from the announcement post: this was 3.171 SBD - or almost $44 in FIAT currency. Together with the current price of Steem, I am happy to announce the prize value is almost $88!

I liked the seasonal nature of the photograph and unusual angle, with snow flying in all directions.
