<p>So how to make a session in therapy with art? The session consists of three stages. In the first stage, the participants are given exercises to provide an inward return as breathing exercise and meditation.</p>
<p>At this stage the participant is expected to become aware of himself and his ideas. In the second stage, artistic activity is performed with the instructions. At the last stage, the art work is unearthed with a verbal expression by creating a circle from the participants. This is the third stage that separates art therapy from art.</p>

<p>You can think of art, dance, music, mask making, sculptures, photography and story. available in therapy. For example, in making masks, participants can make a mask according to their wishes, and they can write and play a screenplay with this mask, play the role of the mask, or make it work.</p>
