Hello Stemians,

With my business and innovation techonology design background, I enjoy researching about different cryptocurrencies I see valuable, and after the following recent research I made, I believe that we are closer to see STEEMIT start climbing, and skyrocket sooner or later. And here are a good amount of reasons why.

1- STEEM Token Undervalued
2- STEEMIT has been receiving several positive Mentions from reknown platforms
3- There is lot of organic Publicity and people writing and spreading the word about STEEMIT
4- There is advertising being made on facebook and google
5- STEEMIT has an IMPORTANT goal that many of us, our parents, grand parents, and much older ancestors have been dreaming and figthing for: FREEDOM. And this is a powerful silent force that creates a strong synergy within every person in the STEEMIT community 
6- The SMTs developments
7- Some say it is the Social network that will monetize the internet 


REASON #1: STEEM Token Undervalued

Lets start with the first one, the STEEMIT token is near $1.02 USD now and number 22 token in the list of most marketcap. The STEEMIT platform is a real thing, people are enjoying and being rewarded to make posts, create content, comment on it and curate content. People are able to earn crypto wihtout any investment, just their precious time, by creating great content and rewarding others for creating quality content. The community has hindreds of thousands of active users, which many are contributing to help it grow, and sooner or later the numbers will skyrocket, its my belief.

There are lots of other tokens above steemit in marketcap and some are only a promise or are in concept stage, so this is also another signal of the token being undervalued. It is pergaps a matter of discovery by people, of stop being skeptical and give it a try. Any person can get started on STEEMIT without investing a cent, so why not five it a try? When people try, they are here to stay, I believe there are very few that try and leave it aside. Once the platform is given an opportunity, after some time, rewards start flowing.

Lots of us started to get excited about posting on steemit, and all the interesting things we can learn. So we can think for ourselves and say why not telling about this great platform to family, friends and collegues. Many may feel skeptical if we tell them how easy is to get rewarded when high quality content is made, so I believe we should tell them about other great learning aspects in the community, and let money rewards come at the end or if they ask about it.

All this and later mentions I am doing are signs of the great connection and help within the STEEMIT community. All working together, to improve, develop and spread the word about this great community and blockchain technology that is empowering people, giving the power to whom deserves, and leaving useless the centralizing power of governments and banks.

REASON #2: STEEMIT has been receiving several positive Mentions from re-known platforms

I read a great post yesterday from @jrcornel were he mentions Steemit.com the social media site, Steem the token, and SMTs (Smart Media Tokens) have been in the press quite a bit. Over 10 different known sites like: blocktribune.com, observer.com, the-blockchain.com, wired.com, econotimes.com, huffingtonpost.com. On this post he mentions to pay special attention to the last one regarding the huffingtonpost.com: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/4-ways-blockchain-is-rapidly-revolutionizing-the-gaming_us_59d3e353e4b0da85e7f5ec5c

This one is related to gaming and blockchain mixing together. The gaming industry has projections to be a $109 Billion dollar industry in te current year 2017, according to the Newzoo's Global Games Market Report. @jrcornel mentions he doesn't want to throw any projections or numbers out there, but imagine would that could mean for Steemit.com and Steem if it were to eventually capture just 5% of that market, or say just 10 percent?

REASON #3: There is starting to increase organic Publicity and people writing and spreading the word about STEEMIT

Here I want to make special attention to what @andrewmcmillen wrote in wired about a week ago. Here he writes about how STEEMIT is a social platform were people add their quality content, blog and comment, for a piece of cryptocurrency (STEEM and STEEM Dollars), which both can be exchanged for Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other crypto, that can be changed to fiat currency like USD or other country currencies.

All this type of actions that people in the valuable community of STEEMIT are doing, will sooner or later make the value to climb.

Early adopters like @craig-grant posting several videos per day of the actions he is taking with crypto's, such as buying altcoins with the earnings generated from Bitcoin. I am sure, several other investors like @craig-grant will come to the community and invest after they realize their potential, and that is when the climbing will start with no interruptions. What are your thoughts?

REASON #4:  There is advertising being made on facebook and google

This is very connected with the previous reason about publicity. I was reading @andrewmcmillen post the other night and gave my comment on it, and when I woke up the next day I saw @jerrybanfield taking the initiave to place payed adds on Google and Facebook, to spread the word even further about the publicity and story from @andrewmcmillen . And here is what @jerrybanfield did. He made special ads to promote the story to even more people. Here is his post:

If we think for a second, could something tell me or can think of another cryptocurrency or blockchain technology that has a solid community as STEEMIT all working as one, to make it achieve its goals of giving FREEDOM to the world, and puting control, wealth and power on the hands of people, that is were it belongs? 

This is were the next reason comes.

Biggest redistribution of wealth to people.

Your thoughts on STEEMIT? On STEEM? How can some people be skeptical on a cryptocurrency that can be earned without any investment, just our time. 

If there are persons like @thetruth36 with his experience investing on altcoins, that invests on crypto were investment is needed, how can other people are bit more skeptical and do not give it a try on STEEMIT which there is no investment needed to earn rewards. @thetruth36 has been succesful several times and sharing his success and learnings to the community. Lets make it even easier. When we are on FACEBOOK or other social platforms, by using it and participating on it, we are enriching the owners, and its stakeholders. And in BIG contrast when we participate on STEEMIT, we are empowering our felow STEMIANS, and ourselves, again giving the power to people. Isn't this amazing? Who of us could think about this 2 years ago, or even before STEEMIT was born, perhaps a few, and the ones who started it, but the rest of us?
Yes, it may seem out of this world, that the power is on us, and that the platform is letting the word to be heard and spread.

Incredible but true! To the first 1,000,000 users for STEEMIT. I remember the Facebook movie when every person on Facebook was waiting to see the user number 1 million. It was their victory, of the company, but now, when we reach 1 million, its for all the STEMIANS who are actively participating and contributing. And we will make it soon, hopefuly by the end of this year, or who knows if before.

REASON #6: The SMTs developments

He mentions several drivers that will take place with the SMTs. Here are 2 of them explained. To know this in more detail you can watch the 7 minute video on his post mentioned above.

1-  Increase demand for STEEM as the blockchain's bandwidth token. With STEEM their is no transaction fees to transfer money from one account to another, so holding STEEM gives you certain bandwidth to make transactions. Having more STEEM will allow people to be able to make transactions on all the STEEMIT ecosystem. Sort of demand created for STEEM to act as the gas for this SMTs communities that will be around.

2-    Attract new capital to the ecosystem with ICOs. ICOs that will be built directly on the Smart Media Tokens. Everybody will be able to fundraise with a click of a button. When funds go to the ICOs and as long as 100% of the value of STEEM is not sold by the person who does the ICO, then that value is retained by STEEM. He sees fundraising as a great opportunity which many places in the world were fundraising is very difficult.

Here he "believes that everyone will have their own cryptocurrency in the future, but will the token itself be easy to use and more importantly, social? ". With a minimum of $1.00, anyone can now conveniently create their own cryptocurrencies to share their values, and maybe have the chance to grow their social networks beyond the initial investment."

REASON #7:  Some people say it is the Social network that will monetize the internet

Integration of a customizable and system of tokens will be available to large websites or firms, as well as small independent blogs on WordPress. The smart token system (SMTs) will involve remuneration for both publishers and consumers based on their contribution: likes, comments and votes cast. This will be the basis for new revenue streams.
