My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2019
现在天气骤变，猛然让大家都不太适应，店里现在上客也比前段时间提前了一个半小时左右，后期客离的也比前段时间要早，所以在开会的时候也专门强调了两点；第一点，上线需要把清包车，扎水车上的工具都准备好客人离场后就能直接去清理不用耽误时间，把其他杯子器皿等都提前准备好。第二点，现在很多客人都会要求把房间空调开制热，但是经过一个小时左右不管任何房型，房间的温度都会相对舒适，就安排巡回询问客人关闭，相对也节约资源，避免状况发生，分析到如果房间热客人可能会烦躁或者去掉衣服在走廊容易出现问题。这些都是我们需要提前考虑到，事先预防降低各种因素发生的状况，也是大哥们的“前车之鉴”，各种问题都是“防”比“治”重要，合理！j

今天早上起床打算把女儿接回来，在她外婆家住了一个星期左右了。上午吃过早饭就出发了，到了她外婆家开门一瞬间看到女儿正端正坐在沙发上看电视，嘴里还嘀咕这什么，看到我们来了一下小跑扑了过来抱住，看她很开心这时她外婆也过来了，用夸奖的语气说女儿长大了这几天很听话，也很懂事，早上起床还给大门口扫扫地，吃完饭了还知道把自己的碗筷端到厨房等等，听完顿时觉得她真的懂事了，让我刮目相看，应该是外婆这几天下功夫教的。
