#### El año 2021 no difiere mucho del 2020 en cuánto  a las crisis que atraviesa el planeta. Sin embargo, nuestra capacidad humana de ser resilientes nos ayuda a sobrellevar con buen ánimo cada circunstancia, sabiendo que ya el factor sorpresa de la pandemia que nos atrapó en el 2020, no será el protagonista de nuestras vidas en este año.

Las metas son aquellos planes que nos trazamos en la vida para alcanzar un fin en un plazo determinado.
Los objetivos son las razones por las cuales nos planteamos las metas y las formas para lograrlas.

Objectives are the reasons why we set goals and the ways to achieve them.

 ## Meta 1: Mejorar mi salud integral

Les cuento que, mi peso según mi estatura debería ser 60 kg. Sin embargo, tengo unos kilitos de más a causa de mi sedentarismo de la cuarentena. Así que, mi meta es mejorar mi salud integral ya que he venido sufriendo de dolores articulares, mucha acidez, mi ropa de talla pequeña ya no me queda, se me estan notando las celulitis, papada, cauchitos y cositas que antes no estaban y de unas semanas para acá se vienen notando. 

> I would like to tell you that my weight according to my height should be 60 kg. However, I have a few extra kilos because of my sedentary lifestyle in my forties. So, my goal is to improve my overall health since I have been suffering from joint pain, a lot of acidity, my small size clothes no longer fit me, I am noticing cellulite, double chin, and little things that were not there before and from a few weeks to now are becoming noticeable.

## Objetivos/ Objetives

• Alimentación sana y balanceada: sin frituras,  sin comida chatarra, pocas azúcares y grasas trans. Comer mas verduras,  vegetales y frutas; disminuir el consumo de carbohidratos. 
• Ejercitar mi cuerpo: hacer ejercicios con disciplina y constancia, dejar excusas a un lado y esforzarme más para ver los resultados. 
• Ir al médico a chequeo generales: eso incluye las especialidades que atañen a la mujer cómo el ginecólogo, el odontólogo,  el dermatólogo y un nutricionista. 
• Llevar una vida espiritual activa. Orar, leer, congregarme en la iglesia, ayudar a los necesitados. Servir a Dios con lo mejor de mi vida.

> Exercise my body: do exercises with discipline and constancy, leave excuses aside and make more effort to see results. 
> - Go to the doctor for general check-ups: this includes the specialties that concern women such as the gynecologist, the dentist, the dermatologist and a nutritionist. 
> - Lead an active spiritual life. Pray, read, attend church, help those in need. To serve God with the best of my life.

Tenemos 10 años de casados mi amado y yo. Se dice fácil, pero déjenme  decirles que:

## Meta 3: Que mis hijos sean felices.

Cuando se es madre y madre de 3 guapos hijos, pienso mucho en su porvenir. Trazar su destino es tarea muy compleja, ser madre es la profesión mas difícil del mundo. Sólo quiero que sean felices en un mundo tan fiero como el que les tocó  vivir.

> When you are a mother and mother of 3 handsome children, I think a lot about their future. Tracing your destiny is a very complex task, being a mother is the most difficult profession in the world. I just want them to be happy in a world as fierce as the one they had to live in.

### Objetivos/ objetives

♧ Seguir educándolos en el temor de Dios. Que amen a Dios por encima de todas las cosas. 
♧ Seguir entrenándolos en la música,  deporte, Inglés... además de la escuela que estan cursando. Para que sean excelentes estudiantes y conocedores de alguna bella arte.
♧ Que logren hacer nuevos amigos en aquí en Argentina. (Escuela, iglesia,  vecinos, ...)
♧ Enseñarles didácticamente oficios que les servirán en el diario vivir como: aprender a cocinar platillos sencillos, que su papá  los entrene en lo básico de lo que sabe hacer: mecánica, electrónica, electricidad, soldadura, plomería,  albañilería y carpintería. Que se interesen en aprender un poquito de todo como su papá.

> ♧ Continue educating them in the fear of God. May they love God above all things.
♧ Continue training them in music, sports, English ... in addition to the school they are attending. So that they are excellent students and connoisseurs of some fine art.
♧ May they make new friends here in Argentina. (School, church, neighbors, ...)
♧ Teach them didactically trades that will serve them in their daily lives such as: learning to cook simple dishes, having their father train them in the basics of what he knows how to do: mechanics, electronics, electricity, welding, plumbing, masonry and carpentry. That they are interested in learning a little of everything like their dad.

## Meta 4: Aprender a manejar

Para aprender a manejar mi automóvil sincrónico ya tengo lo mas difícil que es tener el vehículo.  
Este año me dispongo a lograrlo. Porque es una meta que he postergado por mucho tiempo, por el hecho de que tengo mi chofer personal a mi entera disposición.  Pero ya es tiempo de que las cosas cambien para mejor y me ponga al frente del volante. 


> To learn how to drive my synchronous car, I already have the most difficult thing that is to have the vehicle.
This year I am about to achieve it. Because it is a goal that I have postponed for a long time, due to the fact that I have my personal driver at my entire disposal. But it is time for things to change for the better and I got behind the wheel.

▪︎ Recibir un intensivo de clases de manejo dictadas por mi esposo. De ser preciso que se sea a diario.
▪︎ Gestionar la documentación legal para poder obtener mi licencia de conducir y lograr manejar mi automóvil. 


> ▪︎ Receive an intensive driving class taught by my husband. If necessary, it should be daily.
▪︎ Manage the legal documentation to be able to obtain my driver's license and manage my car.
