Today I received another press enquiry from "Der Spiegel" (one of the largest news publishers in Germany). It is about a report on lonely people and also about my group "Together instead of Lonely" on Facebook. I had some contact with the journalists and also told them about other groups in the NesoMi network and about the social aspects that are so important to me. I also wrote about the social holiday project in Finsterbergen, for which I also collect donations here on Steem via the account @nesomi. Since this holiday project is also supposed to become a meeting place for lonely people, possibly also with (PhD) social workers, it fits well into the concept of the report.

Now I had the idea that maybe Stemmit inc could take over the official sponsorship for the project. The account gets a higher vote from time to time from @steemcurator01 who more or less acts on behalf of Stinc.

I would then name the whole object "sponsored by Steemit inc. - the somewhat different social media platform" in the interview and also mention it in all further press enquiries, and there are several throughout the year. I would also hoist a flag in the entrance area with the Steemit logo on one side and that of NesoMi on the other. The whole project would then be advertised everywhere as "social holiday project sponsor at Steem inc". Gladly also firmly pinned post in all my groups, which will soon have reached a membership of a quarter of a million.

I'm not talking about a direct financial subsidy here anyway, it would be enough if regular votes for the account @nesomi were awarded. Money with which one could then also firmly calculate and reckon in the month. Of course, I would then disclose all income and expenditure of the funds - they would then run directly through the association account of NesoMi e.V., an association that is also entered in the register.

I am writing this post because it is very difficult to contact Stinc directly. In a message today, I gave @steemchiller the opportunity to pass on this information - but I don't know myself to what extent he has contact with the management at Steemit inc. And I don't want to bother him with it, because he will have a lot on his plate.

It should once again make clear what my motives for my commitment are. Why not combine Steem & NesoMi - I think that Steem can then also advertise its social commitment will certainly not be bad for the company.


Perhaps this action could strengthen the German-speaking community a bit. Because let's not fool ourselves - it's about to go under. Not even 10 members are really active, even though the course is actually so good that one should expect a larger influx. Why this is so is rather incomprehensible - and no, the actions of the 2 tiny German-speaking community operators have nothing to do with it. Even if they disagree on many things and go different ways, they can still earn money on Steem. And let's not fool ourselves - that is and remains one of the main reasons for being active here.

Heute habe ich wieder einmal eine Presseanfrage erhalten vom Spiegel. Es geht um einen Bericht über einsame Menschen und auch über meine Gruppe “Gemeinsam statt Einsam” bei Facebook. Ich hatte mit den Journalisten ein wenig Kontakt und ihr auch über andere Gruppen des Netzwerkes NesoMi berichtet und über die sozialen Aspekte die mir so Wichtig sind. Auch schrieb ich über das soziale Ferienprojekt in Finsterbergen, für das ich hier auf Steem auch über den Account @nesomi Spenden sammele. Da dieses Ferienprojekt auch ein Treffpunkt für vereinsamte Menschen werden soll, gegebenenfalls auch mit (promovierten) Sozialarbeitern passt das gut in das Konzept der Reportage.

Nun kam ich auf die Idee das vielleicht Stemmit inc die offizielle Patenschaft für das Projekt übernehmen könnte. Der Account erhält ja ab und zu ein höheres Vote vom @steemcurator01 der ja im Auftrag von Stinc mehr oder weniger handelt.

Ich würde das ganze Objekt dann “sponsert bei Steemit inc. - der etwas anderen social Media Plattform” bei dem interview benennen und auch bei allen weitere Presse Anfragen, und da gibt es einige über das Jahr verteilt erwähnen. Auch würde ich eine Fahne im Eingangsbereich hissen mit dem Steemit Logo auf der einen Seite und dem von NesoMi auf der anderen. Das ganze Projekt würde überall dann als”soziales Ferienprojekt sponserst bei Steem inc.” ausgeschrieben und beworben. Gerne auch fest gepinnten Beitrag in allen meinen Gruppen, die bald eine Mitgliederzahl von einer viertel Million erreicht haben.

Ich rede hier eh nicht von einer direkten finanziellen Bezuschussung, es würde reichen, wenn regelmäßig Vote für den Account @nesomi vergeben würden. Gelder, mit denen man dann auch im Monat fest rechnen und kalkulieren könnte. Ich würde dann natürlich alle Einnahmen und Ausgaben der Gelder offenlegen - sie laufen dann ja eh direkt über das Vereinskonto von NesoMi e.V einen Verein der auch in das Register eingetragen ist.

Ich schreibe diesen Beitrag, da es sehr schwierig ist mit Stinc direkt Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ich hatte in einer Nachricht heute @steemchiller gebeten, das auch einmal weiterzugeben - aber ich weiß ja selber nicht inwieweit er Kontakt zu der Führungsriege bei Steemit inc. hat. Auch möchte ich ihn nicht damit groß belästigen, denn der gute wird viel um die Ohren haben.

Er soll noch einmal verdeutlichen, was meine Beweggründe für mein Engagement sind. Warum sollte man nicht Steem & NesoMi verbinden - ich denke das auch Steem dann damit werben kann sich sozial zu engagieren wird sicherlich nicht schlecht für das Unternehmen sein.


Vielleicht könnte man mit dieser Aktion die deutschsprachige Community wieder etwas stärken. Denn machen wir uns doch nichts vor - sie ist kurz davor unterzugehen. Keine 10 Mitglieder die wirklich aktiv sind, und das, obwohl der Kurs eigentlich so gut ist, das man mit einem größeren Zulauf rechnen sollte. Warum das so ist, das ist eher unverständlich - und nein das Handeln der 2 winzigen deutschsprachigen Community Betreiber hat nichts damit zu tun. Auch, wenn man bei vielem, anderer Ansicht ist und verscheide Wege geht, so kann man trotzdem Geld auf Steem verdienen. Und machen wir uns nichts vor - das ist und bleibt einer der Hauptgründe hier aktiv zu sein.
