The most important thing for Steem is to win new members. It should be rewarded for bringing ACTIVE members to Steem. Especially in the beginning it is difficult for many new members to find their way around. Here the country communities should appoint community sponsors to welcome and care for the new members. For this work they should also get a small bonus. This could be implemented by voting for a special account that the representatives of the country community have access to.

Support Charité projects actively. Members should have the opportunity to present their projects, which they know, are involved or have started. These projects should receive generous votes in the 100 $ range after examination. If Steem manages to get a reputation as a platform for "social interaction", there is no way to save yourself from new real members. I know what I am talking about here, because I have created and maintain Facebook groups with 180.000 members. There is also a related organization that I have brought into being.

Country communities should receive real delegations with which a curation takes place. For this they should create a new account. This account can then be used to claim new accounts and the curation reward can be used to give new members an account with a delegation to become active immediately.

Diligently comment other contributions and receive a reward. There are many who lose the desire to steal when they see or at least think that no one is looking at the posts they post. It is important that contributions are also commented. Also here you can reward members who are particularly diligent in commenting.

From publishing illustrated cooking recipes to music that someone plays themselves. You can also make a contest where the best 10 suggestions for a contest are rewarded. Here it is important to tag these entries accordingly, this has not been done yet.

Das wichtigste für Steem ist es, neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen. Es sollte belohnt werden, wenn man AKTIVE Mitglieder zu Steem bringt. Gerade am Anfang ist es für viele neue Mitglieder schwer sich zurechtzufinden. Hier sollten die Länder Communitys Paten bestimmen die neuen Mitglieder begrüßen und betreuen. Für diese Arbeit sollen sie aber auch einen kleinen Bonus bekommen. Umzusetzen wäre das über Vote einen speziellen Account auf das die Vertreter der Länder Community zugriff haben.

Charité Projekte aktiv unterstützen. Mitglieder sollen die Möglichkeit haben ihre Projekte vorzustellen, die sie kennen, mit dabei sind oder ins Leben gerufen haben. Diese sollten nach Überprüfung dann großzügige Votes auch im 100 $ Bereich erhalten. Wenn Steem es schafft einen Ruf, als eine Plattform des “sozialen Miteinanders” zu bekommen wid man sich vor neuen echten Mitglieder nicht retten können. Ich weiß hier wovon ich rede, da ich Facebook Gruppen mit 180.000 Mitgliedern gegründet habe und betreue. Auch gibt es eine dazugehörige Organisation, die ich ins Leben gerufen habe.

Länder Communitys sollen echte Delegierungen erhalten mit denen eine Kuration erfolgt. Dafür sollten sie einen neuen Account einrichten. Dieser Account kann dann neue Accounts claimen der Kuration Reward ist dann dafür zu benutzen den neuen Mitgleider einen Account mit einer Delegierung erhalten um gleich aktiv zu werden.

Kommentiere fleißig andere Beiträge und erhalte eine Belohnung. Es gibt viele die die Lust an Steem verlieren, wenn sie sehen oder zumindest denken das niemand die veröffentlichten Beiträge anschaut. Es ist wichtig, dass Beiträge auch kommentiert werden. Auch hier kann man Mitglieder belohnen die besonders fleißig Kommentieren.

Fördere den Zusammenhalt innerhalb der Community. Es sollten kleinere virtuelle Treffpunkte geschaffen werden, die regelmäßig stattfinden. Egal ob es ein Künstlertreff ist oder ein Treff für den Austausch von veganen Kochrezepten. Wir betreiben neu jenden Sonntag “das Wirtshaus” wo man zusammen über Gott und die Welt redet, Musik hört (YT Videos einstellt) und zusammen viel Spaß hat.

**Das wären ein paar Ideen, die mir auf die schnelle eingefallen sind.**

Wettbewerbe in dem 100 Tage Programm zu finden ist auch nicht schwer.
Vom Veröffentlichen von bebilderten Kochrezepten bis zu Musik die jemand selber spielt. Auch kann man einen Wettbewerb machen in dem die besten 10 Vorschläge für einen Wettbewerb belohnt werden. Hier ist es wichtig diese Beiträge auch entsprechend mit einem Tag zu versehen, das wurde bis jetzt nicht gemacht.
