With the world understandably in varying degrees of pandemonium right now I've been thinking back to one of my favorites quotes from that show. "Calmer heads will always prevail." -Enzo

I've also been thinking that if the world should fall apart for a minute I'm pretty much only sad that berries could be hard to keep on hand for a season. I know, not actually the highest priority right now. Maybe I'm being a little too calm about this but I think there's definitely something to be said about being calm in the midst of panic. 

I just wanted to say that however you're being affected by this global pandemic, I hope you're safe, well, and that you have plenty of toilet paper. Aside from that, I also hope you're able to find some calm in the panic and still able to eat your favorite foods. Speaking of that, this is one of my go-to snack/meals and it's not actually a recipe. It's just an inspiration. Oat milk yogurt, berries, bananas, cut up energy bars, and some nut butter.
