Hello all,
As the month of September has finally come to a close, we have been so grateful that we would like to share with you all a wonderful report at our Foodbank throughout the whole month September.

To be honest we were quite worried as some of our essential items were not reaching the minimum threshold of less perishable items for the families in the month of October's food distribution. 

But we trusted God, and we continued to make our phone calls and find new contacts.

Then somewhat on the 19th of September we received a delightful surprise that we received 3 boxes of buns from Food Aid ever since we made known ourselves to [**_Food Aid Foundation Malaysia_**](http://www.foodaidfoundation.org/).

This has blessed the Tamil church and Bahasa church speaking families on Sunday; especially those families who are registered in our Food Bank support list.

There were also some extra brand new clothes came in 2 weeks ago and we managed to bless the boys from [_**One Way Home**_](https://www.facebook.com/malaysiaonewayhome/), including some fresh vegetables donated by locals.

## How blessed to see when the community hands in and work together to help one another!

Although our team number was scarce for packing for the month of September but we thank God for their dedication and we managed to pack for hundred over families in 2 hours! Without God's help to our organised team work I think we would not be able to finish in such a short time.

And as the month of September ending, we have pleasant donations from all language churches despite of the economy is still on the rocks and times are getting harder.

We know that great works for the kingdom of God to help others never goes void, every cheerful giver will never be short changed. Their heart is such a wonderful light of hope for families who are going through a hard time.

Just right before the end of the month, we receive 20 boxes of spaghetti noodles that are expiring next year, and these will be blessed for families in the month of October.

We are really grateful to all who has been aiding us and praying for us all this while. Do keep us in continuous prayers as we continue to depend on wisdom to manage our funds in acquiring healthy and affordable perishable food that will continuously bless families not only food, but a healthier lifestyle as well with healthier range of food.

In closing I would like to bless you all a scripture that is so meaningful for our cause:

> For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
>“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
