Hello Steemwomanclub Family

Today has been a different day than any other day. I woke up a little late in the morning. Right now, I wake up whenever my body wants. I chose to let myself go with the flow. It is good for my soul too.

>Bugün diğer günlerden farklı bir gün oldu. Sabah biraz geç uyandım. Şu sıralar bedenim ne zaman isterse o zaman uyanıyorum. Kendimi akışa bırakmayı seçtim. Ruhuma da iyi geliyor.

I drank my morning filter coffee as usual.

Currently, I do not eat flour, sugar, pasta and rice. I drink it on an empty stomach with half a tablespoon of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on it. It is beneficial for removing cholesterol and toxins from the liver.

>Şu sıralar un, şeker, makarna ve pirinç yemiyorum. Bir yemek kaşığının yarısına kadar zeytinyağı ve üzerine limon sıkarak aç karnına içiyorum. Kolesterol ve karaciğerden toksin atmak için yararı oluyor.

At noon my husband came home to eat. I don't eat early either. We had breakfast together. I left him to work and took Emirhan to the hospital. Two weeks ago, an echo was taken in the cardiology department. They were doing tests to compare the conditions of children with good heart health and children with heart disease. We accepted the test. The doctor had some movements done. They put on a device to record what they ate and their movements for two weeks. We handed him over and talked about Emirhan's situation.

>Öğlen eşim yemek yemek için eve geldi. Bende erken yemiyorum. Birlikte kahvaltı yaptık. Onu işe bırakıp Emirhan'ı hastaneye götürdüm. İki hafta önce kardiyoloji bölümünde eko çekilmişti. Kalp sağlığı iyi olan çocuklar ile kalp hastası çocukların durumunu karşılaştırmak için test yapıyorlarmış. Bizde testi kabul ettik. Doktor bazı hareketler yaptırmıştı. İki hafta yediklerini ve hareketlerini kaydedecek cihaz taktılar. Onu teslim ettik ve Emirhan'ın durumu hakkında konuştuk.

The doctor did some tests again. He measured the heart and oxygen ratio and took notes.

We left the hospital and went to the market. Emirhan loves shopping. We got what we needed.

>Hastaneden çıkıp markete gittik. Emirhan alışveriş yapmayı seviyor. İhtiyacımız olanları aldık.

We came home. The weather was very hot. Emirhan sweated a lot in the hospital. He immediately went to the bathroom. I rested for a while. It was time to prepare dinner.

>Eve geldik. Hava çok sıcaktı.Emirhan hastanede çok terledi .Hemen banyoya girdi. Ben biraz dinlendim.Akşam yemeğini hazırlama vakti gelmişti. 

In the evening, we cooked chicken again because Emirhan loves chicken. I accepted it because it was easy to prepare. Because the chicken sauce belonged to Emirhan. He prepared it all himself.

>Akşam Emirhan tavuk sevdiği için yine tavuk pişirdik. Hazırlaması kolay olduğu için kabul ettim.Çünkü tavuk sosu Emirhan'a aitti. Hepsini kendisi hazırladı.

I also made mashed potatoes. Chicken and mashed potatoes go very well together.

After dinner, I tidied the kitchen. We drank our tea, chatting with my husband, watching the sunset. I replied to messages from groups. During the day, I read and comment on my friends' Steemit posts that interest me. I replied to people who commented on my post on Steemit before I went to bed at night.

I finished it this way in one day, thank goodness.
