Creating a "Help and support Center" For Steemjet website

###### Just as "our vision" statement has been created. We're making efforts in also including a slot for "help and support center" for steemjet on the http://steemjet.org website and its more like going to be on a redirective page rather than sit on the homepage. Although, there is a section for contact us which can be of use as a "help center" but we're probably going to refer otherwise and use something better on a different page as make that "help center" and when we  have what will be displayed, the page will be designed.  If you are interested in contributing to the project by writing a document for "Help and Support Center" for steemjet, you can do so and sumbmit in on our github repository or contact us on discord with your work.
