Hello, there! How are you? How is everything going on around you? Hope that everything is happening according to your plan and expectation. I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. This is my 24th #iamalivechallenge post, the project run by @flaxz. This is also going to be my today's @actifit report. 
At first, I am going to share a case history of a child with the right forearm fracture. Following that, I will mention why I am grateful for today. And finally, I am going to share the proof of today's win. Hope that you will stay with me until the end of the post.

## Case history
Today morning one 4 years and 4 months old boy came with his father and uncle. He came with the complaints of pain and swelling in his right upper limb (lower end of the forearm). According to the father, last night, while he was walking, suddenly fell down. However, to prevent the fall, he tried to support his body using his right hand. In doing so, he sustained an injury to his right wrist and lower end of the forearm. He was a kind overweight boy, according to his age and height (I didn’t check the weight. That was a visual assessment). Following the fall, he cried instantly and later stopped (according to the father, he didn’t cry much). Today morning, they noticed swelling on the injured site. So, they decided to visit the doctor.

To rule out a fracture, I ordered an X-ray. His father was hesitating to do the X-ray thinking that there was no fracture. The father considered that was a trivial fall. However, as there were swelling and tenderness, I insisted on doing one X-ray. Lo and behold, the X-ray revealed fractures, not only one bone, rather both the bones of the forearm were broken! [The X-ray film is down here] The father couldn’t believe it. He just sat quietly with tears in his eyes! However, the boy was roaming around my chamber (that’s the behaviour of a child), seems like nothing happened. 

Anyway, I sent them to an orthopaedic doctor for better management.

I am grateful to my creator that I am alive today.

I am grateful to Allah because I have never sustained a fracture. 

I am grateful to my Lord because He made me a doctor.
