Hello, friends of the steemit community!  Assalamu Alaikum. I am going to share my daily diary on 24th Jan 2021.

# Morning, at home:

| 5:40 am to 8:30 am | • Woke up hearing the crying of my kid.<br>• Put him in the sleep again.<br>• Did ablution and went to the mosque to offer the Fajr prayer.<br>• After returning home did some dua and dhikr. Also recited a few verses from the Holy Quran.<br>• Opened my laptop and posted the daily diary of 23rd January 2021.<br>• Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes.<br>• Had my breakfast with oatmeal and banana.<br>• Took preparation for the office and left home on time. |

# At the office, morning shift

| 08:30 am to 01:00 pm | • Confirmed the attendance first.<br>• Revised the dua from the hisnul Muslim app.<br>• Started consulting patient one after another. During the morning shift, I consulted 13 patients.<br>• I examined 9 people who came for a visa medical test.<br>• Took the PCR samples from 3 people.<br>• Did some studied from my medical books as well.<br>• Got little time to browse the Internet.<br>• Left the office and headed for home at 1 pm. Couldn't say Zuhr prayer at the chamber. |

# Afternoon, at home

| 01:00 pm to 4:30 pm | • Performed Zuhr prayer at first, after doing ablution.<br>• Talked with father-in-law, and with my mother.<br>• Put my kid for sleep.<br>• Have my lunch with vegetables. Then age cake, made by my wife.<br>• Opened my laptop and did some works.<br>• At 3 pm, went to the bed to have a nap.<br>• Woke up at 3:45 pm, did ablution and went to the mosque for Asr prayer.<br>• After returning back home again left for the office within a few minutes. |

# At the office, evening shift

| 04:30 pm to 9:00 pm | • After confirming my attendance, I did some Quranic dua I have those bookmarked.<br>• A large number of patients came all together and I started consulting one after another.<br>• I was little late in saying my Maghrib prayer due to patient load.<br>• I examined 4 people who came for a visa medical test.<br>• Consulted around 17 patients during the evening shift.<br>• Performed the Isha prayer after 8 pm, at the chamber.<br>• Left the office after 9 pm. |

| 9:00 pm to 12:00 am | • Spent most of the time with the kid until he sleeps at 10:45 pm.<br>• Had my dinner with puffed rice.<br>• Opened the laptop and started working on the Internet.<br>• Started writing his diary. |
