# Morning
| Time               | Activities                                                                                                                                                                                                     |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 6:30 am to 8:30 am | • Woke up, freshened up, did ablution.<br>• Performed Fajr prayer at home.<br>• Slept again for around 1 hour<br>• Woke up again at 8 am.<br>• Had breakfast with oatmeal.<br>• Headed for the office on time. |

| 08:30 am to 01:00 pm | • Confirmed the attendance first.<br>• Recited Surah Kahf.<br>• Consulted 9 patients.<br>• Took PCR samples from 2 people<br>• Browsed the Internet in between consultation.<br>• Left the office 10 minutes before 1 pm to attend the Zuhr prayer.<br>• Offered Zuhr prayer at the mosque.<br>• Reached home around 10 minutes past 1 pm. |

| 01:00 pm to 4:30 pm | • Put my son on the stroller and put him in his nap.<br>• Had my dinner with vegetables and egg omelette<br>• Talked with my mother and father over skype out.<br>• Walked on the treadmill for half an hour.<br>• Had my bath.<br>• Worked on the laptop for some times.<br>• Did ablution and went to the mosque.<br>• Offered my Asr prayer at the mosque.<br>• Came back home, took preparation for the office and left home on time. |

During the evening shift, I consulted around 11 patients.<br>• Took the PCR samples from 2 people.<br>• Offered my Maghrib prayer at the mosque.<br>• On the way back from the mosque went home for a few minutes.<br>• Browsed a few sites on the Internet.<br>• Performed Isha prayer at the chamber.<br>• Left the office at 9:10 pm.<br> |
