## Hello Dtubers,

Emotional stress reduces our ability and lowers our confidence. So it is important to be stress free to do something good in the workplace. Although we may not be stress free in the workplace for a variety of reasons, there are a number of methods we can control. 

The most important thing is that our methods are largely dependent on the type of work and the relationships with colleagues. So it is important to try to maintain good relations with the staff here.
