Different things are tried to be enjoyed differently in each region. In fact, as well as regional differences, the differences in food issues are striking. Because of the subject of enjoyment is highly dependent on regionalism. Due to which the popularity of different foods can be noticed in different regions. In fact, geographical location also affects it in many cases.

Whatever the case may be, I don't think about it at all, but I am always attracted to local food. Because of I find more satisfaction in the food of my region. However, there are different types of people in our society who are more attracted to foreign food. It depends on one's personality.

Most of the time in our office I try to organize local and tasty meals during tiffin. Because I have an authority as an office administrator, but so far no one was able to send in the perfect solution, which is not strange. This is why I try to tiffin everyone with more and more native dishes.

I will share with you about such a local and popular food and also teach you its recipe, you can try the taste like yourself.

Ingredients, this does not require too many ingredients, but we used to make the food. Muri, chanachur, cucumber, green chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, sasira oil, onion and salt. However, I think there are no specific rules for making any food, you can increase or decrease any ingredients according to your taste.


Recipe, we first chopped the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, cucumber, and tomato well. Because of if they are not crushed well, they will not mix well with food. Then we mixed sasira oil and salt with them. Then I mixed chanachur and Muri, with these.

In our office we try to taste this food almost like this. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that during Ramadan, we usually break our fast with this type of food. This dish has a special tradition in our country, due to which its popularity lasts throughout the year.
