건강검진 결과가 그닥..
어제 종합건강검진 결과가 집에 도착했네요. 최근들어 운동도 거의 하지 않았고, 밤에 늦게 잘 때도 많고, 고기도 많이 먹고, 몸에 안좋은 것들을 많이해서 그런지, 결과가 그닥입니다. ㅠㅠ

술마시는 분들의 기본인 지방간은 물론이거니와.. 높은 콜레스테롤, 그중에서 몸에 좋다는 HDL은 또 오히려 낮구요. 혈압도 높고.. 십이지장궤양에 동맥경화도가 높고... 

뇌 MRI도 촬영 했는데, 뭔가 백질 주저리주저리 뭐라고 적혀 있길래 찾아봤떠니, 큰 무슨 병같지는 않긴 하지만, 어쨌든 찝찝한 결과를 나타내고 있네요.

이제 정말 운동을 할 때가 온 것 같네요. 그것도 꾸준히 할 수 있는 무언가면 더 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 들구요.

평소에 뭔가 해야 할 일들이 많다는 핑계로 잘 하지 못했었는데, 이제는 좀 하기는 해야 할 것 같습니다. 

할 일중에서 "운동"을 꽤나 높은 순위로 올려야 할 것 같구요. 아직도 아이들에게 손이 많이 가는 상황이라 얼마나 시간이 날 수 있을지는 모르나, 제가 건강해야 또 가족들이 건강해지는 것이라고 생각을 해야겠네요..!!! "강려크하게!!"

이런건 마음먹었을 때 해야 좋은 것 같네요..!!!! 

내일 부터!!! 새벽시간대를 이용한 운동에 도전해봅니다..(이 포스팅을 쓰면서 작정했습니다.. ㅋㅋ)

바로 생각해보니 해보고 싶은것 3가지가 있는데...

1. 요가
2. 수영
3. 헬스장에서 근육 빵빵!!

새벽에 가능한 것이 무엇이 있는지 부터 살펴보고.. 바로 도전해야겠습니다.. 레알..!!!!
