>엄마! 목련꽃에서는 무슨 향이 나는지 알아? 숲체험 선생님이 꽃을 반으로 잘라서 냄새를 맡아보라고 했는데 오렌지 향이 났어!

얼마 전 지나가다 길가에 핀 목련꽃을 보더니 딸아이가 한마디합니다. 엄마도 잘 모르는 꽃이름을 자연스럽게 말하는 아이가 신기해서 물어보니 숲체험 시간에 배웠다고 하더군요. 유치원에 다니는 둘째와 막내는 매주 화요일이면 숲체험 선생님과 함께 야외에서 자연과 더불어 함께 자랍니다.

막내녀석은 숲체험전에 직접 나비를 만들어 나무와 꽃에서 놀았다고 하네요.

코로나 때문에 어디 다니지도 못했는데 이렇게 유치원에서나마 광합성을 맞으면 자연을 배워가는 아이들을 보니 마음이 놓이네요. 그런면에서 요즘 아이는 교육체계는 우리 때보다 훨씬 좋은 것 같습니다.

저희 아이도 제가 모르는 식물을 잘 알고 있어서 물어보니 어린이집에서 숲체험 했던 것을 기억해냈다고 하더라고요^^
다른 교육보다 이런 숲체험 수업이 아이들에게 오래도록 남기도 하고 정서적으로도 좋은 것 같아요~

숲체험 하면 정말 아이들이 자연에 관심이 많아 지더라구요. 
아이들은 자연에 있을때가 젤루이뻐요 ^^

유치원 다닐땐 숲체험도 다니고 좋았는데 학교에 입학하니 그런것이 없어서 아쉬워요. 엄마표 숲체험을 준비해봐야 할까 봐요 ㅠ_ㅜ

꽃 검색 어플 보다 바로 말해줄 수 있는 아빠가 되고 싶습니다. ㅠㅠ
저는 어릴 때 산소 옆에서도 막 자고 그랬는데 ㅋ 요즘 아이들은 자연을 억지로라도 접해야하니 안타깝기도 하네요 ㅎ
