초간단 크로와상 샌드위치(?)

지난번에 에그드랍 따라하기로 포스팅을 한번 했었는데 오늘 아침은 식빵이 똑 떨어져서 집에 있는 크로와상으로 동일한 샌드위치를 만들어 봤답니다. 초간단이어서 집에서 만들어 보셔도 좋을 것 같아요.

>재료: 달걀 3개, 치즈(모짜렐라, 체다 ), 버터, 우유, 마요네즈, 크로와상

일단 달걀이 두꺼워야 씹히는 맛이 좋기 때문에 달걀 3개에 우유와 소금 한꼬집을 넣어 풀고, 버터 약간을 녹어 달구어진계란말이용 팬에 부어서 스크램블 만들 때처럼 저어주다가 모짜렐라 치즈를 넣어줍니다. 어느 정도 익으면 네모 모양으로 틀을 잡아 익혀줍니다.

크로와상을 반으로 갈라 마요네즈 약간을 바른 후 체다치즈 슬라이스를 올리고 그 위에 익힌 달걀을 올리면 끝입니다.

엄청 쉽지만 맛은 정말 좋아요. 집에서 한번만들어 보세요~^^
