It makes me smile anytime I remember this. Don't worry I will answer the question based on my few experiences with them. I believe it will be best if I answer your questions one by one. </p><p>How do you react when confronted with a toxic person?</p><p>Sincerely, at first glance I do get irritated and frustrated but I often try as much as possible not to vent my anger on them. I love to act in such a way that they won't notice any form of irritation or anger in my facial expression but deep inside me I am burning drastically. This has always made me to avoid them as much as possible and if I am unable to avoid them maybe I got confronted by them, I try as much as possible to end the conversation or dispute between us. The worst thing I can do is just to walk out of them because I don't want their character to bring me down to their level.</p><p> </p><p>Does it deplete your energy when dealing with negative people?</p><p> Lols.... One of the fastest ways of loosing energy, time and motivation is when you deal with negative people. I love to conserve my energy and this makes me to keep avoiding them as much as possible just like I have stated earlier on.</p><p>In your opinion, how should these toxic people be dealt with?</p><p>I believe no one is static when it comes to change. In my opinion, I think we should try as much as possible to change their ways. We can ache this by giving them some great inspiring books to read and advice them. </p><p>Lastly, if you can't beat them that doesn't mean you should join them.
