솔라나 네트워크가 멈추었습니다. 블록이 생성이 되지 않고 있습니다.
그리고 이더리움 아비트럼은 시스템 딜레이를 공지 했습니다.

솔라나의 경우 네트워크 리소스 문제라고, Solana 재단측은 짧게 설명하고 있습니다.
“Experiencing intermittent instability” 라고 설명하고 있고, 현재 엔지니어들이 이슈와 해결안을 찾고 있는 것으로 보입니다. “Resource exhaustion”이라고 이유를 설명하고 있는데 정확하게 어떤 상황인지는 명확하지 않습니다.
솔라나의 경우 RPC request rejection이 이번 네트워크 다운 이전부터 발생하고 있었다고 보도 되고 있습니다.

Solana CEO인 Anatoly Yakovenko은 솔라나 Validator들을 디스코드 서버로 초대하여 해결안을 모색하고 있는 것으로 보입니다. Yakovenko는 이러한 네트워크의 다운이, 공격이라는 뉘앙스로 언급하고 있고, 이더이더리움 상하이 공격(DOS)과 상당히 유사하다고 밝히고 있습니다. 해커에 의한 공격인지, 순간적으로 많은 transaction으로 인한 것인지 불명확 합니다.

당시 이더리움은 솔라나와 달리 네트워크를 스스로 셧다운 하지 않았습니다.
사실로 명확하게 확인되지 않은 내용들도 있기에, 일부는 수정되어야 할 수 있겠습니다.
소문에 기반한 루머를 양상하지 않는 것이 좋지만, 네트워크 셧다운이 길어지고 있고, 그 영향도 커보여서 그 원인에 대해 추후 언급도 있을 것으로 예상합니다.

안타까운 소식이지만 네트워크가 시작된 이후로 항상 제기되었던 유형의 문제라고 생각합니다. 기술이 발전함에 따라 점점 더 복잡해지고 있습니다.
