So it's Good Beer Week (GBW) here in Melbourne Australia, a week (and a bit) of beery events. There are all sorts of special brews that you can't normally get, so each day I'm going to tell you about a few I've had that day.

Opening night is tonight at Beer Deluxe, but I'm busy tonight so it's 3pm I've left work early braved the pouring rain and single digit temperatures for the short walk to Beer Deluxe hoping that I'd get something interesting a bit early.

It worked I've grabbed a paddle and I'll sit here drinking and reading for the next hour or so before heading to a shit pub to  catch up with some friends (I have friends I'm not some weirdo drinking by himself all the time, although I must admit drinking whilst reading a good book is one of my favourite things to do)

The standout from this paddle the *Citrus Windjammer from Six Point* who are a brewery from the US of A.  Yeah it's a sour, which I always love but this is a really good fizzy sherberty one, it has hints of lime and is standout enjoyable and refreshing amongst the porter, scotch ale and IPA on the paddle.
