Semolina dessert✔️💯

Hello my steemit friends. I'm coming to you after a long time with a nice recipe. I can't concentrate too much on this community. But I have regular posts in the turkey community.You can find good recipes and local recipes by following my posts.I came to you today with semolina halva. I was sitting like that today. I wanted so much. I got up and did it.

💯✔️Materials,✔️
✔️2 cups semolina
✔️1.5 cups of sugar
✔️100 g margarine
✔️4 glasses of water
We melt the margarine in a saucepan. add semolina on it. We fry for 10 minutes. Do not stop mixing, semolina burns quickly.

On the other hand, for the cold syrup, we mix sugar and water in a bowl and dissolve the sugar.
We pour cold sherbet on the roasted semolina and wait for it to solidify by mixing it.

We moisten a bowl in the shape of the semolina that has solidified and cooked, then we put the semolina and let it take shape.
Then invert onto a serving platter. You can decorate it with whatever you want, peanut walnut hazelnut almond. I chose peanuts.It could be peanut powder, but I didn't have it. Peanuts and hazelnuts are the best. You can serve it after it cools down a bit. It is a very easy dessert that can be made in 5 minutes in sweet cherries.Good luck to anyone who will try.
