STEEMIT CHALLENGE # 28: Cupcakes Steem with a fruity touch

 <strong><h3>Hi Dears Steemians</h3></strong>
Days ago I met Steemit Culinary Challenge, I decided to participate in this wonderful contest. I have been inspired by how natural and healthy our children's snacks should be, remember that as a mom I am always creating delicious foods to keep my babies healthy and strong. Today I present you with an easy-to-prepare recipe vanilla cupcakes with natural fruit ornaments and an english meringue, ready to delight your eyes. "Steak steem with a fruity twist"

Let's learn…

<strong><h4>Ingredients:</h4></strong>
<strong><h4>Little Cupcakes</h4></strong>

200 grs. Leavening Wheat Flour
200 grs. Sugar
4 eggs
125 grs. Vegetable shortening
1 spoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon baking powder

<strong><h4>For the cover or meringue English</h4></strong>
2 egg whites
50 grs. Maize or cornstarch
100 grs. Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

Mango
Strawberry
Pin
Banana

<strong><h4>Preparation</h4></strong>
<strong><h4>Little Cupcakes</h4></strong>

In a bowl and using a blender or by hand with a trowel, beat the margarine and sugar until the mixture turns white in the form of a cream. Eggs are added one by one.

Beat well until homogenizing, add half the flour and continue beating very well and add the rest of the flour little by little, beat well until a dough with a fine consistency and uniform, at the end is added the vanilla.

The blisters or capacities are placed in the mold and the mixture is added up to 50% of its capacity.
Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius and cook for 30 minutes.

<strong><h4>Coverage english cream</h4></strong>

Blend all ingredients and cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken. It should not boil so that it is not cut and removed to cool.

While we wait for the snacks to finish baking and the English cream is put cold, we proceed to work with the fruits, removing the shell and giving the cuts that best suits them, in this case, cut cubes of Banana, Potato and Mango, also Remove strips of Mango, with the Pin Spread hearts using a sharp knife and small to be able to mold each fruit, with the strawberries the process is more creative.

As you can see the images, try to skewer like petals and resemble a rose, placing in the center manito and banana cubes to give opening to each cut made.

Then we place the fruits arbitrarily using creativity and creating different combinations with fruits, giving a better view that will later delight the palate.

Hace días me encontré con Steemit Culinary Challenge , he decidido participar en este concurso maravilloso me he inspirado en lo natural y saludable que deben ser las meriendas de nuestros hijos, recuerden que como mama siempre estoy creando comidas deliciosas para mantener a mis nenas sanas y fuertes. Hoy les presento una receta de fácil preparación ponquecitos de vainilla con adornos de frutas naturales y un merengue inglés,  listos para deleitar su ojos. ”Ponquecitos steem con un toque frutal”

<strong><h4>Ingredientes:
Ponquecitos</h4></strong>

200 grs. Harina de Trigo leudante
200 grs. Azúcar
4 Huevos
125 grs. Manteca vegetal
1 cucharada de Vainilla
1 cucharada de polvo de hornear

<strong><h4>Para la cobertura o merengue ingles</h4></strong>

Claras de huevos
Maicena o fécula de Maíz
Azúcar
Esencia de Vainilla

Mango
Fresa
Patilla
Banana

<strong><h4>Preparación
Ponquecitos</h4></strong>

En un bol y con ayuda de una batidora o a mano con una paleta, se bate la margarina y el azúcar hasta que la mezcla se torne de color blanca en forma de crema. Se agregan los huevos de uno en uno.

Se baten bien hasta homogenizar, se agrega la mitad de la harina y se sigue batiendo muy bien y se agrega el resto de la harina poco a poco, se bate bien hasta lograr una masa con una consistencia fina y uniforme, al final se agrega la vainilla.

Se colocan los sobrecillos o capacillos en el molde y se agrega la mezcla hasta 50% parte de su capacidad.
Se precalienta el horno a unos 200 grados centígrados y se cocina durante 30 minutos.

<strong><h4>Cobertura  de Crema inglesa</h4></strong>
 
Licuar todos los ingredientes y cocinar a fuego medio hasta que comience a espesar. No debe hervir para que no se corte y retirar para que se enfrie

Mientras esperamos que los ponquecitos se terminen de hornear y la crema inglesa se coloque fría, procedemos a trabajar con las frutas, quitando la concha y dando los cortes que mejor les parezca, en este caso, corte cubos de Banana, Patilla y Mango, también saque tiritas de Mango, con la Patilla saque corazones usando un cuchillo afilado y pequeño para poder moldear cada fruta, con las fresas el proceso es mas creativo.

Como pueden observar las imágenes, trate de sesgar como para sacar pétalos y asemejar una rosa, colocando en el centro daditos de mango y banana para darle abertura a cada corte realizado.

Cuando los ponquecitos se encuentren en temperatura ambiente le colocamos la crema inglesa con la ayuda de una manga con boquilla en forma de estrella dando la forma de remolino.

Luego vamos colocando las frutas de forma arbitraria usando la creatividad y creando diferentes combinaciones con las frutas, dando así una mejor vista que luego deleitará el paladar.

De esta manera tararan, se van dando forma a las diferentes creaciones, si pudiesen ver las caritas de mis nenas en este momento el asombro es ya una gran satisfacción que de modo mama, me inspiran a seguir brindando mas creatividad y arte.
