<p>As a normal human being we definitely want a healthy and fit body. Lots of ways to keep our body healthy and fit, one of them is exercise. Swimming is my favorite sport, for some reason, since childhood I am very fond of this sport.</p>

<p>If you feel bored or stressed with your work routine, try swimming and enjoy your leisure time to refresh your body and mind. Water calm is good enough for your mental health especially when you start moving your body to release muscle or joint tension, the body will feel more fit and fit again. Try to swim in a pool that is not too crowded for your relaxation goes perfectly.</p>

Preferably for pregnant women use a good way swimming or guided by swimming instructor.</p>
