En el caso de la blockchain, descentralizar facilita el trabajo, ayuda a distribuir el trabajo y mejora la toma de decisiones ya que es el conjunto de ideas que servirán para beneficio del colectivo.

Éste tipo de gobierno decentralizado es ideal para que todo proyecto funcione de manera organizada, una sola persona no puede, así quiera, tener el dominio de todo, siempre algo se escapa, habrá algo que no domine o simplemente necesita de un equipo para funcionar, además se presta para tomar decisiones por conveniencia propia no por el colectivo, eso causa malestar en los demás.

En mí experiencia como profesional estoy en capacidad de tomar decisiones, en base a mis conocimientos, y soy automona a la hora de decidir tal vez por que la solución debe ser al momento, pero apoyo la descentralización.

Un ente descentralizado funciona de forma armónica, siempre y cuendo se respeten canales de comunicación, el problema es cuando se quieren tomar decisiones por encina del colectivo, pienso que aplicar este sistema requiere de personas dispuestas aceptar sus errores, y aportar ideas que sean convenientes para todos en ganancias o en condiciones.

La personas que se consideran líderes suelen tener choques con este sistema, siempre tendrá tendencia a centralizar, por eso hay que darle paso a varias visiones ya que es lo que nos llevará al triunfo.
