TENSIÓN EN ALERTA

<div class="text-justify">Hace varios días que no les comparto mis palabras y es debido a este pequeño problema que me esta pasando, lo cual es una alerta de aumento de la tensión o presión arterial, como otros la conocen.

Esto se me diagnostico desde mi ultima consulta que fue la semana pasada, ya todos saben que por mi estado, tener la tensión elevada puede generar muchas complicaciones tanto para mi como para mi bebe y justo en este mes que estoy en la etapa cumbre para dar a luz, por esa razón estuve unos días alejada de la computadora y en un reposo casi total para evitar cualquier problema para mi bebe.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Se me ordeno mantenerme en calma, hacer una dieta estricta, la cual consta de alimentos bajos en sal, azúcar, nada de grasas, enlatados, embutidos, entre otras cosas. y sobretodo eliminar las harinas en la cena, todo esto para evitar seguir subiendo de peso y por lo tanto evitar que se me suba la tensión.

También debo mantener un control diario de los niveles de mi tensión la cual me debo medir todos los días a la misma hora y mantenerla por debajo de 140/90. Si por alguna razón sobrepasa estos limites debo asistir rápidamente al medico e ingerir un medicamento para controlarla.

Hace meses cuando transcurría mas o menos la mitad del tiempo de mi embarazo, varias personas me recomendaban que mantuviera un peso adecuado para que cuando llegara los días finales de mi embarazo no tuviera ninguna complicación, aunque yo me siento bien y no he tenido ningún otro síntoma, la verdad es que me preocupa que mi tensión siga subiendo.</div>
