I mean this partially light-heartedly, and with an open-mind, yet I am very serious about this. Fraud is not to be taken lightly. Here is my scientific inquiry:

I don't think that this machine makes sense.

It sounds like a free energy scam. I'm very much interested in physics and chemistry, and the idea of plentiful energy is appealing. But how come we don't have one right now, in our car or other appliance that requires a motor?

Who here has one that they own, and can experiment with plentifully?

If this is true, then we require peer review.

Science is not this easily defeated, no matter the current political culture.

We must form a hypothesis, and test it. Where is the hypothesis? Well, I shall answer that.

It's that PDF page, detailing how it is made.

However, science has not yet been done. We must test the hypothesis, and not just one person, but many. If this engine truly works, then let's test it.

I am willing to accept a test engine, and test it. I am incredibly skeptical, and will be harshly honest. If this machine does not perform in a way that seems like it can be upgraded or useful, then I will announce my results.

If it is a machine of value, and does what it claims in a useful way that can provide value for people, then I will announce that as well.

But if this machine is not tested by a wider audience, then it looks to be fraud to me.

Technological invention fraud, which to me, as a technology engineer and scientific minded person, is heresy.

Heresy to be burned, or at least flagged. =p

This will be my first time flagging, unless I am sent a prototype of this engine in the mail.

I do not want anyone to accompany me regarding these tests. I will be able to figure out how it works, and I will do it myself.

I do not want any interference from a third party, other than recommended instructions via video or text.

If it works for me, then I will request one, or my own, to be sent to @alexbeyman, who also posted here.

He will also very likely test it. He is flagging this, and that is a personal power that I do not think he wields often.

And I'm sure you, or others, would like to test this too, but I do not think that it is wise do so before me or @alexbeyman. You are already defending it, so I would like to be the first to receive a prototype, because I know that I will not defend false science or technology. 

I think we can also use another volunteer here, if anyone wants to. We will just mail it to each other, or GEET will build more of them for us to use. @geetinstitute will very likely receive the prototype back, once it's done being sufficiently tested, so they don't even need to worry about losing it.

However, there is one absolute term: We will not give any money in order to receive this.

We are doing science here, and we are working beyond monetary profit.

GEET Institute will have to handle all shipping and production costs, and we will pay nothing.

I will not be scammed by a free/cheap energy scheme.

If this test cannot be done by us in a timely manner, then I will declare it fraud.

If this comment doesn't get an adequate reply by @geetinstitute, I will declare it fraud.

I have never flagged anything before, but I will not allow the concept of science, engineering, and invention to be usurped. I will flag this and every post GEET makes if I, or any other volunteers, are not allowed to test the machine. Video proof is not enough. We must perform the experiment.

So let us test the machine, one by one, until we are satisfied.

There is science to be done.
