[방콕]스님 발우만 130년 동안 만들어온 수공업 공장 Ban BArt
# 땅! 땅! 땅! 땅!
끊이지않는 소리가나는 곳이 있습니다. 멀리서도 금속을 두드리는 소리가 끊임없이 울립니다.
130년동안 한결같이 태국 스님들의 탁발과 공양에 쓰이는 발우를 만드는 작은 수공업공장이 있습니다. 
공장은 장인의 공간으로 인정을 받고 스님들과 전통을 지켜나가는 일을 하고 있습니다.
공장은 그냥 지나칠 정도로 볼품없고 산만합니다. 
이런곳을 130년 동안 이어 왔다는게 믿겨지지 않습니다. 
방문한 날에 장인은 어디로 가고 없습니다.
황금산사원(왓 푸카오 통, Golden Mount)에서 가
까운 거리에 있는 이곳은 한가한 도로의 사거리에 있습니다. 왕궁쪽에서 차이나타운으로 접어드는 도로입니다. 
- 공장 앞에는 장인의 집을 알려주는 표지가 있습니다.

- 발우를 만드는 방법도 가르쳐주는 군요.

- 이렇게 고정된 받침봉 위에 금속을 대고 수천번 두들겨 만들어지는 군요.

- 마지막 작업인가 봅니다. 줄로 표면을 다듬는 군요. 받쳐진 천은 태국 스님들의 승복을 만드는 천입니다. 아마도 스님의 버려진 승복을 재활용하는 듯 합나다.

- 발우의 크기가 그려진 표준판인가 봅니다.

- 만들어진 발우는 천으로 씌우고 등나무로 만들어진 받침에 올려서 쓰입니다. 새벽 탁발에 스님들이 옷속에 발우를 품고 절에서 나옵니다.
