# SAY NO TO THE REAL ID!!!

Long story short, the REAL ID is the Unconstitutional Federal Id card that you as a tax paying shitizen of the Corporate Fucktard States of America are required to get by October 1st, 2020. After that you won't be able to fly on a plane, enter a federal building, or enter a nuclear power plant ever again. I say GOOD! Why would you ever want to enter a federal building or a nuclear plant ever again for? Huh!? 

As far as flying goes, the State Citizen Passport and Passport ID Card is the solution and will allow you to fly on a plane (and If I am right avoid the TSA all together).

# Tell us Rainbow Man, how do we get the State Citizen Passport and Passport ID Card???

I thought you would never ask! 

First off, what IS the State Citizien Passport??? Better yet, what IS a "State Citizen?" 

> A State Citizen is the same as a Non Citizen National. 

What is a Non Citizen National?

> The Department of State occasionally receives requests for certificates of non-citizen national status pursuant to Section 341(b)of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 USC 1452(b).

> As the title of the certificate indicates, only a person who is a non-citizen U.S. national (i.e., a U.S. national but not a U.S. citizen) may apply for such a certificate.

> As defined by the INA, all U.S. citizens are U.S. nationals but only a relatively small number of persons acquire U.S. nationality without becoming U.S. citizens. Section 101(a)(21) of the INA defines the term “national” as “a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.” Section 101(a)(22) of the INA provides that the term “national of the United States” includes all U.S. citizens as well as persons who, though not citizens of the United States, owe permanent allegiance to the United States (non-citizen nationals).

> Section 308 INA confers U.S. nationality but not U.S. citizenship, on persons born in "an outlying possession of the United States" or born of a parent or parents who are non-citizen nationals who meet certain physical presence or residence requirements. The term “outlying possessions of the United States” is defined in Section 101(a)(29) of the INA as American Samoa and Swains Island. No other statutes define any other territories or any of the states as outlying possessions.

I know it sounds confusing huh? One can either be a State Citizen or a United States Citizen. You are probably like, how is this possible? Well, just read some more case law...

Ed. 394 (1873). Instead, this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; it does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship."

Long story short, the Civil War never ended and everything this government has been doing for the past 151 years has been unconstitutional. We've had a lawless tyrannical Neo Nazi de facto foreign corporation posing as government in our free country. The 14th amendment (that was never legally ratified) made us all slaves regardless of what color our skin is. 

By becoming a State Citizen you are claiming your god given unalienable rights as granted to you by the Bill of Rights and Constitution. It reinstates ALL of you inherent rights. In fact, it will put you on a "Do Not Detain, Do Not Stop, Do Not Interrogate, Life Time Concealed Weapons Permit"  status.

# So now how do you get the State Citizen Passport and Passport ID Card???

First, go to your nearest post office that has a passport office and pick up the passport application. 

Careful now because this is where it gets real critical. You have to be precise how you fill it out. You can read all about it here at Copper Moonshine Stills:

It should be filled out looking something like this:

I would recommend going to your states passport office in your state and NOT using the post office. By using the post office you have to pay their fees and they might not approve your application. This way by going to your states passport office it will be cheaper and you should be able to get your passport in the same day. The sooner you get your passport the sooner you will be free. So get your State Citizen Passport and State Citizen Passport ID Card today!!! This is how!!!
