# Calling all chess nerds...

World peace begins with chess!

Seriously who is with me on this one?

I got real high today and had an epiphany while thinking about it and as a result I want to share this amazing vision with you.

I love playing chess! I'm sure some of you reading this also love playing chess. Well if not love playing it at least like playing it LOL. And Steemit really doesn't have a Chess club... and the gears in my head start turning... Why not start a Chess club!? So help me start a Chess club! Why not!? Let's start a Chess Club and call it <b>"The Piece Movement</b>!" YEAH! Get it!? And we'll spread world peace with each piece as we get to know one another playing this game. It should be fun!

Let's have tournaments, timed games, as well as chess ratings. I'm down for even getting radical and having some Chess4 or any other multiple player style Chess games you all can come up with. All game boards accepted but prefer tournament style game boards. Tournament winners will win Steem or SBD.

No matter how good of a player you are or whether you have never played Chess and just want to get out of your comfort zone and try something knew making yourself sociable to do so, lets play Chess!!! World peace begins with you!

Now how do I get started? Or who wants to help me get started should I say? Maybe arrange some sort of weekly chess tournament or something? I'm even going to hashtag #thepiecemovement

It wouldn't surprise me if someone hasn't figured out how to post some sort of Chess flash game in the comments we could play right here right now LOL.

Sounds like a fun thing , The Piecemovement could bring a Master Peace .
For how ? just post the screenshot of your move , your opponent dos the same to keep it going . the simplest way is to post coordinates from your move . For a game of chess it would take a post with a name like ,

001 The Piecemovement Chess game hippie-witha-gun VS small1axe 

The post itself could be used for some player info and a little piecemovement promotion rant .

I took the liberty to play white ,but we could tos a coin first .

A flash game would be nice but demands both players to be online at the same time . with picture chess you can have multiple games running against multiple people . and time is no issue .
It would be preferred to use a non virtual chess game for your pictures . 
It's not secure against cheaters so trust is a big thing . 
It's easy to make your opponent play against a chess program . 
If i run chess titan next to a flash game i could cheat to . 
So for prizes i would not recommend any things of value .

This is a good idea! LOVE IT! Except it would take forever and make the comment section too long and confusing as we would have to scroll down to find which game was ours.

You are right , a average game must be around 100+ moves at least if there is no killer opening . 
We would need a flash game indeed . Still it would be better to play for only fun and chatter . 
Let the votes do some work , What could mean a loss could generate more Steem then a win because voters had more respect for your gameplay .  It will take away any need to cheat for profit . I mean i would never cheat against a hippie with a GDM GUN , but i can understand people having problems to trust small1HACKS ;-) 
I wonder can a flashgame of chess run code in a post or comment . 
There is no console to enter commands at Steemit , at least not for us to see . 
I think you will have to climb to the mountaintop to get this great idea to work . 
If you decide to take this quest i will vote for it .

The truth is going down the rabbit hole and staying there. Encouraging others to examine the central banking tyranny and getting involved in crypto. The truth should be let out so those who have committed crimes against humanity be exposed and brought up on charges. I could go on and on, cause this is what I am passionate about most. I would rather be ridiculed & die for truth than be a humble servant begging on his knees and going along with whatever their pushing. Im sure these beliefs will make me a target. So be it!
