How About A "Busy" Test?

I recently came across something pretty interesting... I'm talking about an extra opportunity to be rewarded for your content without any strings attached, except for one minor thing. Using the tag: **busy**.

According to @tcpolymath, and his replies [here](https://steemit.com/steemit/@hitmeasap/push-people-to-500-sp-or-looking-for-candidates-or-need-your-help), the vote I'd receive would be worth ~16c. Now, I haven't heard about this before, and I still haven't looked into any major details about it, but, it looks like a pretty cool thing so I figured it would be worth a shot.

It was @kingyus that shared details about busy.pay first, and @tcpolymath quickly shared some more details about it. It looks like **busy** will upvote your content as long as you use the tag: **busy**, with a vote weight based on your followers vests. So, users with a bunch of heavily invested followers would get a vote worth more compared to a user with less followers or with followers with less vests in total. - The concept sounds pretty cool if you ask me.

I don't know if you need to use busy.org or not, and that's why I do this like a test. I use Steemit.com and I will use the *busy* tag on this article, to see if it works or not.

I will either update this article or publish a new one with the results. And honestly speaking, I don't expect much, but it would be **really** cool if I would get an extra reward of ~16c. That being said, I don't know it there are any type of limits or not and I don't know if it works if you don't use busy.org... So there are some things I need to get answers for...

I've used both busy.org and the busy tag and experienced that I only get an upvote when I use both of them. This upvote is given by the busy.org account. I don't have any experience with busy.pay.

I figured that it should require that you use busy.org and the busy tag, as you could easily just write whatever you want about being busy in life for instance, and use that tag and recieve upvotes... Which would be a bit weird, as I believe they do this in a form of advertising. But I felt that I had to give it a try, so it will be fun to see how it goes.

I have been using busy.org for a while now. I dunno, I think the tag #busy is automatically added when you post via their site. I haven't noticed any upvotes from them though. Maybe I just would apply both like someone suggested
And by the way, I've not been able to see my notifications since today via their site, could this be a general issue?

After a discussion in a comments section earlier this week, I asked around  about it.

@jlordc sent me 2 links to his posts in which he explains in detail how it works.

In short, if you use busy.org or staging.busy.org and use 'busy' as one of your tags, you get an upvote from busy.org, providing your followers have + 20 000 000 vests. If your followers have +1 billion vests, you get an upvote from the bigger bot: busy.pay.

How you can check how many vests your followers have is explained in the 2nd post.

Apparently the bots vote with a 12 hour delay.

I didn't make the exact calculations on  the value of the upvote, but I checked how many vests my followers had beforeI decided to give it a try. I knew I had enough to get a vote from busy.pay, and I did get one. Value: $0.37.
