Nicht weil mir das vielleicht nicht schmecken könnte, nein einfach weil ich sie nie probiert habe. Das erste mal in meinem Leben, habe ich Muscheln in Kroatien gegessen, das war im letzten Sommerurlaub. Und ich muss sagen sie haben mir vorzüglich geschmeckt. Deshalb habe ich mir gedacht, sowas kann man zu Hause auch einmal zubereiten. Glücklicherweise hat der hier im Ort befindliche Supermarkt, eine reichhaltige Auswahl an frischen Meeresfrüchten. Darin brate ich die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch an, welche ich vorher klein geschnitten habe. Ebenso gehört ein ordentlicher Schuss Rotwein mit in die Pfanne. In der Zwischenzeit koche ich die Nudeln, so das diese noch bissfest sind. Dem leckeren Duft, den dieses Essen verbreitet, kann man nicht Wiederstehen. Dazu gibt es einen trockenen Italienischen Rotwein, der herrlich zu diesem Mediterranen Gericht passt. In it, I fry the onions and garlic, which I have previously cut small.
